I've been coming here for a year now, I've always had excellent customer service and everyone has always been very lovely up until today. I always carry my small backpack which holds a phone, my ID, AirPod case and car keys (very small about the size of a grande Starbucks cup). Today I was approached while doing abs and told I cannot keep it next to me even though no one was around me and it was tucked away. I asked the manager how this impeded the area more than my hydro flask, beverage, and bar cover and she didn't have a good answer. Unhelpful new management who doesn't care. Removing my 5 star review and replacing

It's okay. Nobody that I witnessed cleaned the machines. Gotta love the mask police patrolling, but cleaning of the machines is an afterthought.

Walked in and said hello to the girl working. She completely stayed silent and talked to her co worker about something briefly in front of me. She later said “I need a minute.” Lol I walked out immediately. Customer service is everything. How about next time, you just say “hello I’ll be with you in a second.” You just lost a new member.
