We drive to this Planet Fitness even though another one is closer speaks volumes about how much we like this PF. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager ( black lady with long braids - I think Virginia?) is very sweet and concerned with helping the staff with their jobs. She's always on the floor, checking things out. We told her we appreciate the service and the atmosphere of this PF, and she said she has a great staff. Nice to hear a manager give kudos to those under her management! Keep up the good work Kent PF!

$10 a month so a great value hence 3 stars, just wear a jacket. This place is anti sweat. Everyday I contemplate going to this place or paying more to another gym so I dont have to work out in a freezer.

Uninformed unhelpful and rude staff.we had our IDs taken for a tour and were quickly pushed aside so they could help the customers behind us. 15 minutes later when they were ready to do the walk-through it seemed rushed and scripted and whenever we had a questions the answer was no or I don't know.

Totally unwelcoming at this location . A lot of younger employees sit there and snicker at you when you walk away from the counter .One girl just glares at you like you’re doing something wrong (just checkin in ) and then when you look back she asks if I need anything. Like yes I do ,I need for you to quit staring at me ..... There is always some type of animosity coming from employees like they hate their job .I don’t need an owners response and not sending anymore emails to corporate but for the sake of others Who are mentally not stable (we go to the gym too ) and are there for a pick me up ,get rid of people who lack compassion and will be there to support and make people smile not feel embarrassed they came in to better their lives .This is my 6th review so when you get “ owners response “ don’t waste your time .

Some staff is not as friendly, my husband needed the restroom and we had been waiting in line over 10 minutes to sign up and when he asked where the restroom was he was told they are for customers only, and the staff member just walked away. Good thing they have some staff that cares and she jumped in to help us. Before we walked out

Clean friendly staff. $24.15 month. Workout equipment from cardio, abs, thighs, quads, calves, biceps, waist, forearms and more. After workout use shower. Unlimited use of body enhancer room. It includes the aqua or tanning bed. If you don't want to lay down you can sit on the aqua or shiatsu chair. There's a stand-up tanning station that does not cause "cancer".

Good Place To Workout. Like They Say The World Judges, They Dont. So Its A Great Environment For Anyone From Beginners To Gym Junkies! I Would Definitely Recommend This Place. They Have An Excellent Locker Room As Well. Safe Secyre And The Staff Are Always Very Friendly.

I just signed up and cancelled my member ship! Yes the price is great but the attitudes from the staff are not welcoming!!!( in less your white!!!) The manger has the worst and most unprofessional conduct! If you spend your money or time here you will not fill welcomed! Only to see everyone watching you like your going to walk out with a pair of dumb bells or somthing!!! If your a cracker this is the place for you!!!!

The price is great and the place is clean. It is my first day today and the lady that entertained me is very unwelcoming and unfriendly. I noticed there were new white people that were toured around the gym but didn't even say a word to me how the gym works. Noticed some racism right there

good clean place to shed some whatever the day has brought. Only thing is, time and time again, I have yet to see the staff enforce any dress code rules. Just told this young kid to put on his shirt while he's here, staff never noticed because they don't roam the area. Come on folks.
