once you purchase the membership- YOURE LOCKED INTO YOUR MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT! Wish they had a Grace period to ensure satisfaction of the paying customer! But oh well, it is what it is when you’re a small gym trying to keep people.I’d advise to visit the location first. My bf and I are heavy power lifters and this gym was NOT for us.This gym has a ton of cardio machines and DOES NOT support power lifters. The Most weights you’ll see are the dumbbells ☹️ And the supported weights! During our very first time there, we didn’t have a tour so we had to figure everything out ourselves, which wasn’t too hard bc the gym was so small!Anyways we had our membership for 2days and cancelled on our first visit. We signed up for the black card membership and had to pay 58$ to cancel!Back to the YMCA we go!

Planet fitness is a decent place to workout. They have a lot of machines and it's never too crowded. They are open late during the week but close at 9pm on the weekends, which is reasonable but it would be nice if they were open later on the weekends.

Staff is always friendly & helpful. Kent gym recently had new bulbs installed in their stand-up tanning beds fyi they work great! Always clean, definitely recommend

The gym is only 10 dollars a month and is open 24/5. You cant beat that. The gym and locker rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Try to avoid going at peak hours (4pm-8pm) because it does get very crowded. Only negative is no bench presses and squat racks, but that is a corporate level mistake.

New review, this has become the most disgusting planet fitness I've ever seen. They don't even fix anything anymore. I clean this place more than any of the employees and instead of fixing things that break, they just get rid of it. New management is extremely rude and definitely does not fit the entire judgement free thing you guys try to promote. This place is absolutely disgusting.

Female Front Desk Manager with brunette hair is always so rude and unwelcoming feels like every time i walk in and she’s doing something she looks at you and continues without even acknowledging that you’re there and I’ve seen her completely ignore others as well. as a manager customer service should be a top priority for you and looking at other reviews she’s been negatively mentioned a few times seems like nothing is changing. other than that I’ve never had issues with anything else everyone else seems to have hospitality down!

Very nice employees/staff @ this location! But their online system and payment method is too confusing & hard to deal with. I haven't been able to access my account for a year, and they claimed that I've been notified about this issue so long ago that they don't have it on record anymore. Definitely recommend a different gym! Their customer service line @ headquarters (I'm guessing) isn't helpful! They never responded to any emails I sent or got to the bottom of any problems I brought up over the last two years.

I really like this place but for the most part the staff sucks! It's a 50/50 chance of being greeted, I feel like I could literally walk in and they wouldn't notice. This is on days when they have 4-5 people at the desk, just ridiculous! But other than that there's plenty equipment and it's an overall clean gym!

I can't Express how much I love this gym. I have been to LA fitness, 24 hour, any time, YMCA and out of all of them planet fitness is the best. I feel at home when I am there. If your just getting started going back to the gym and you feel super uncomfortable with your body, this is the place to be. No judgment, no glances, just smiling faces hoping that you reach your goal. If I could give it a 10 star I would. Plus they have amazing staffing. Always positive an energetic.

The staff are always cleaning about every twenty minutes to a half hour. It's very judgment free, they have very clean locker rooms, their facility is organized, staff is very helpful and kind. I would recommend going here if you are a first time gym user or even if you have been to a gym before. They also have a certified trainer that you can work with for free even if you're not a member!!!
