Bad customer service, they don’t have employees who like their job or at least it doesn’t seem like it. Went in to get help with my membership when I was moving out of town and they told me the only option was to cancel my membership because I wouldn’t be going to that location anymore. No one told me I had the option to transfer my membership to a new location… I even went out of my way to come in to get help and felt dismissed. Don’t recommend coming here, they just want your money.

I don’t like how this gym( kent ) is set up. Fan right Top of stair masterI want to sweat when I’m doing stair master . Not enough varieties machine like my previous home gym in federal way I regretted transferring, they gave one too many machines. Now I have to wait 90 days to transfer back.I will not recommend this gym location to friends and families . T

I would give this place 5 stars if they had a sauna and a pool. Other than those things though, I thought it was a nice place, they offer some classes, nice equipment, some spa type things like massages and tanning beds, and the staff were pretty nice. I like the 360 machine and the wall bar for stretching is pretty great. Also, it's not super crowded very often.

I’ve made a complaint about not being able to cancel my account. Someone responded and told me to send a email. I did and still nothing. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH PLANET FITNESS!! You will definitely be a prisoner! I can’t not get out.

I enjoy how clean the gym is. Definitely one of the nicest and cheapest gyms in the area. They are constantly out of hand sanitizer which is a little annoying considering we are still in a pandemic.

My wife and I have been going here for 3 wks now. The staff greets everyone when they walk is and is very helpful!! If you are new to working out, or have been for a while, this is an awesome place.

Really great first experience. The woman working was very nice, helpful, answered all my questions. The whole place was super clean. Lots of machines and parking, and the location is easy to access.
