To the response - I have contacted several of your gyms and no one says they can help me. Everyone at the kent location has no idea what they are doing and are giving wrong information and the run around. My brother came in to this location twice to cancel his membership. He transferred his membership from Covington to kent since it’s closer to him so he can cancel it. His payment is set up to come out of my bank account and it’s still drafting even tho he canceled it and was told there would be no more payments coming out! The people at kent have hung up on me multiple times - spoke to me like I’m crazy and keep referring me back to Covington even tho Covington referred me to them since they are supposedly the new home gym!! This is ridiculous all I want is a refund and to be done with this!! How hard is it to cancel a gym membership?! We did everything that we were told to do in order to cancel this!!!!!! I have never been so upset with a gym. This is absolutely crazy. And no one can help me?? So weird.

Front desk girls were rude. Making fun of overweight members. Even taking pictures of the members exercising and laughing at them. Three girls front desk workers @1:36pm @10/27. Manager was present and didn’t even pay attention to them doing this to customers.

Been going to the gym for about 5 years and my account is active and paid for and I was told that I can work out for the day, because I don't have second card on my account I can't work out, poor customer service for real you can't take people's money and not let them work out. I understand if the account is not active but dame.......let's get real...

If you are a responsible person, want a covid safe environment and care about the pandemic being controlled DO NOT go to this gym. I went three times within a few days and was never asked for proof of vaccination and never saw anyone else asked. Even though this is my home gym I won't be going back. The Renton planet fitness in the valley adheres to the state mandate.

Went to this site with my work crew. The workers were extremely rude and mocked one of my workers for having plastic shoes (that’s what he can afford). Needless to say. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The other location in Kent by harbor freight is the spot to go. Friendly staff and clean facilities. The three young ladies at the location I’m writing this review on. Should not be working in customer service. Very unprofessional.

I cancelled my membership prior to moving last year, they continued to bill me and when I contacted them they said I had to come in person to cancel. Now that they’ve been charging me for 4 months they will not cancel or transfer the membership to another location until I pay all the past charges. This is month to month account. I cancelled it in person and in writing. I went to the local planet fitness of where I moved and they were trying to get it cancelled but this location won’t transfer my membership to them because they claim the account is past due. They say they are sending it to collections. I haven’t used the account since I closed it and moved away. They refuse to work with me to get it corrected. I just want them to stop billing me and cancel the account as I’ve previously done. Thieves.

The club it ok but cancellation process is from 1990.. You have to write them a letter to cancel. I get charged on the 17th each month, tried to cancel on the 11th but they were quick to grab my last $24 saying you're too late buddy, you get billed on the 11th and you're getting charged for 1 more month.

Within a year and 11 months I decided I wasn’t going that much. So I went in a year and one month ago to cancel my membership as it said in the fine print when you sign up for your membership.I just started looking over my bank statements. And found they still had been charging me the monthly fee. I called them today today to speak to the manager about this. I spoke to only the laidy at the counter her name was Jada. She told me that her manager was busy and couldn’t speak. And asked what it was concerning. I told her everything. And she said it sounds like the employee that was supposed to cancel the membership did not do so. Then She told me they had lost all their employees about a year ago. So there is nothing they can do. But she can cancel my membership over the phone now. So I had told her to cancel my membership as it should have been done a year ago! And she said that I am still responsible for paying that whole year it was canceled. The conversation was translated to the manger as she kept saying he is busy but then said let me go ask my manger if I can cancel it over the phone? I thought he was busy? I requested to have the manger call me back. Never did call me.This is fraud by planet fitness!

Love this place. When I couldn't get a spot online from my neighbor YMCA I opted for Planet Fitness and wow I have loved every minute spent there. It is not crowded when I go. This gym is RUDE!!! Renee is a manager and she will not work with me on my membership that I canceled last year. And they had charged me since.. balance is 2 hundred something. I tried escalating the issue but they could not get it resolved and now it’s goin to collections!!! Y’all need to do better on reaching out to customers and about the membership and canceling it when I want to cancel it!!!
