this gym is convenient, and the staff is very nice! however, many patrons do not wear masks when traveling throughout the gym, and dress code is definitely not enforced.

Excellent location the staff is always friendly especially the manager. I did have an issue with the tanning beds and they addressed the issue. Speaking with Donielle was still a negative experience, but as far as this location goes I have nothing but nice things to say.

None of the tough guys wear a mask. The majority of the staff don't say anything. I will probably get kicked out for starting a confrontation with one of the d bags that think they're too cool to wear a mask. Overall clean place.

Prob worst planet fitness in the area just was super convenient at the time but hayley put a end to that over a mask issue even though I let her know I had a medical condition and would not be wearing it. Never had a problem with any other staff. Honestly a BS situation that could have been solved by some one with any management skills what so ever but instead you get a girl harassing you on a power trip while trying to better your life thanks hayley!

I saw reviews complaining about the staff... But I haven't had any staff issues. They always say hi and are very friendly. I like how big the gym is with everything I need to exercise. Overall I think this is a great gym for anyone who wants to do exercise.

They don’t wear mask and the employees aren’t enforcing it. I asked an employee if they could enforce it and the little chubby man through his arms up with a smirk. I’m going to a different location and suggest you do the same. None of us are a fan of this pandemic. However, at least be considerate of other people.

Really a pretty good home gym. Clean, affordable, not too crowded. Also really appreciate how they handled the pandemic. Their organization of equipment is a bit confusing, but you get used to it after a while.

The planet fitness in Kent is the absolute WORST planet fitness I have ever been to... you would think because it's a planet fitness, they would abide by the same standards as every other one. NOPE. I did not have the luxury of living near my home base planet fitness because, you know, I had to live elsewhere for the time being and I thought that since I had the black card membership that it wouldnt matter if I had to visit this other one just as much as I would if I were at home... again nope. Every single time I walked in here to sign in, they always stopped me to badger me about why I was coming in even though it wasn't my home base, and I would be like ummmmmm to workout???? I literally don't understand why every single time I walked in they gave me a hard time. Every single time. except for the time certain people would be working... then some of them didn't care. But it was different ever time I walked in. Like what is the point of having a black card membership if they are just gonna give you hard time for simply coming in? as far as equipment goes... this location is by far the worst I have ever seen.. they don't have have machines that other places do, they are the worse quality ones.... they broke all the time! If you are in the Kent area and you wanna work out... don't even bother coming to this one... there's a nicer one in streetsboro that has way nicer equipment and staff.

Not a stab at the business by any means. It’s Good environment and friendly staff.HOWEVER most definitely lock your stuff up in the changing room, especially in the men’s as I had $250 stole from my wallet today, no fault of theirs as I should have locked my stuff up either way it happened and I’m out the money to pay for piano lessons for my seven year old daughter this month... Bummer 😕

Excellent, enthusiastic staff and a clean facility. Black Card is worth it if you want to unwind in a massage chair after a hot shower 😩 No free weights but enough equipment to get a good workout. Definitely recommend, especially for those uninterested in being overcharged. …
