I like it. Kent dosent give you perks like stow does when you sign up and some of their frunt desk staff are rude and judgemental

Planet fitness is stupid if you have the black card membership because if you do not pay on time to give you a late fee and you can’t get out of their contract unless you pay the late fees upfront and not over the phone

Facilty is clean and has a good assortment of equipment. It can be busy at times, but so long as you are willing to be flexible with your routine it should not be an issue.

My keys fell down into the stair stepper machine and the staff had to completely take apart the whole thing. They were incredibly kind and helpful! Awesome staff!

Clean and machines are in good shape. Clientele is hit or miss and they are usually a little busy. Never did understand the pizza, bagels, and free candy though.

Very upset with the customer service. 10am November 6th I arrived with a friend of mines who is a black card member. Upon entering and showing my I'd. No one seemed welcoming or said hi or hello to me. After looking up and noticing a girl and a guy staring at me from behind the counter I said hi and both continue to just stare me in my face. I am very unhappy it appears every time I am in this neighborhood I am treated differently maybe because it is predominantly white and I am a young black male but very unhappy because this is a judgment free zone but apparently that's only if your overweight and doesn't apply if your a person of color. Love your gym and equipment but as far as the people working, they can be a little more welcoming. Or atleast pretend to be

Doing the teen summer challenge there. I've been wanting to go for awhile and now I can which I'm very glad to. Employees are helpful and it's easy to get in a good workout there as the equipment is simple enough to use. Definitely was sore after my first workout, many more to come 👌👍 …

Nick and his staff are great! The bathrooms are always clean and the staff is nice. I drive from tallmadge because it's a lot better.Would like to see the real towels return. The cheap paper towels ate terrible. Now people don't clean the equipment as much and I dont feel like the tanning beds are as clean as they were before... Maybe better towels or at least better dispensers would help so they dont come out in a big wad.

Great facility. Employee are polite and professional. General manger Nick was great to deal with when coming to the cancellation of my membership. Answered any question I had and made the whole process alot easier. 4/5 stars would recommend!
