Place is usually busy, But the staff is super friendly and helpful. PLUS the amount of squat racks and cardio machines makes it worth every penny.

I'm in love with this place! I recently joined. You really cant ask for better staff than these guys and gals. Always so upbeat and friendly. It makes me really enjoy working out. They have a big variety of equipment. Always cardio equipment available, which is a must. Amazing classes and so many things to do to get fit. I love it!

The gym is nice and the staff is pleasant. The managers REALLY need to do something about locker squatters. It is increasingly difficult to find a locker with so many permanently occupied.

Shout out to Mikayla for making the purchase of my membership easy.It’s a clean place, they have tanning beds, red light therapy, lots of cardio, free weights and classes going on.Day 2, and didn’t have any issues finding a spot.We’ll see how the week progresses.

I love crunch, a huge step up from planet fitness. The workers and gym goers are lovely. They have plenty of equipment as well. Only downside is it's packed around 4pm-8pm.Prices are great, it's 24 hour which is awesome (love a 3am workout)

I liked the gyn untilI I wanted to cancel my contract. Been a customer of theirs since the frist year they opened, 3 or 4 years. They advertise no contract but there is a 30 day contract. They are charging me an annual fee plus the monthly charge and they require an explanation for my cancelation. Why should l hv to explain? It should be as simple as I want to cancel my contract. end of conversation! Thy don't tell you you can cancel it online. Go figure!!Every time I go there to cancel my membership they use sale tactics to talk me out of it and I give in to it because I don't want to go back-and-forth. This has to stop. The aggressive sales tactics it's too much. I cancel it online and will not go bck in the future.

Back in December I went in to cancel my membership l which I believed is what happened which was not what happened so I call on a Friday to discuss the issue that its not canceled and she tells me it's on a freeze so I say okay go ahead and cancel. Then persists me to come down to thier location and cancel in person which did not work the first time. So finally they give me an email so I email it so they can cancel so I can be done with this headache. Then the next day I receive a call and then they want me to pay a pro rated amount as if it was my mistake to cancel. So the person on the phone says you can speak to a manager so I say yes please. Only to be told no manager is in at this time. Highly disappointed with how simple something should be, is being made something extremely difficult.It's even worse when you can't even call over the phone to cancel or go online.I do not recommend this gym.

Pro: Affordable price point, variety of equipment and amenities, large parking lot, great hours.Con: no room to breathe ( even outside of peak hours, old equipment, lack of restock of cleaning equipment (paper towels, wipes,ect.), Too much recording/patrons filming for social media instead of working out.Overall, if you're trying to taste the many flayog Killeen perspiration for $30 a month, you found the place. I advise to read your contact because cancelling is as easy as removing a tumor with chopsticks.

Crunch keeps charging and unable to explain the charges. After I cancelled my membership in January, they said I had to give a 30 day notice and they charge me for another month and an annual fee. Their policy states cancel anytime. I got a call today saying I owe more money.Initially I was excited about this gym. This gym is way too crowded after work. I joined primarily for the classes and pay for them. Well, this morning I was kicked out of the spin class for not having a ticket. I was one minute late. I had a reservation, but no ticket. There were others waiting for the bikes with no reservation. No one explained how to get a ticket for class, the small window to print your ticket or sign up for classes. It is frustrating to be denied a class and you paid for it. I am sure others did not pay.Their personal trainers do a bait and switch. For my initial I had someone knowledgeable. Then they paired me with a nice lady but her knowledge was limited.
