They will find every way to keep charging you after you try to cancel... fake emails, fake numbers, supposed 30-45 day transfer and cancellation policies that really take much longer.The $9.99 plan is a lie. They will still charge $40 plus. The charge annual fees more than once.

Their billing is a mess, I was out of town and I requested to cancel but they refused and wanted me to come in to sign some paperwork! and I need to provide a 1-month notice before I cancel? what am I renting an apartment? plus it was all fake adds with that $9.99 . . you end up being charged way more . . be careful

Way too busy. I go at 4:30am and it’s still busy with all the platforms being taken up. Great place though. Just maybe consider going at a dead time so you’re not bumping shoulders with other people.

It's so clean and friendly every time I go in here! And the daycare is so convenient for me. My son gets anxious when I leave but I never have to worry because he loves the ladies in there

Hello everyone!! Today I experienced my first intense circuit training.. Bri (I pray I spelled her name correctly), is a true professional! She began the session with easy to follow instructions of every exercise within the stations. Questions were welcomed and encouraged. During the session she was encouraging and motivating everyone to push forward and resist the urge to quit. She personalized the workout with calling several by our names! Simply put, she's the truth! Do yourself and your spirit a favor and sign up for a class. Thank you for a great workout Bri

Customer service is trash! Called the desk to get my card info and routing/account number off someone else’s account and she refused to do so… I had to have the other person’s authorization to remove MY BANKING from their account…. Garbage… will me closing my membership in the am!

This place doesn't get deeped clean EVER. Dust is SOO bad that I actually had to leave about 15 minutes in last night because I started wheezing from all the accumulated dust flying around. I talked to the front desk because I've gone here for at least a few months and I'd get sniffles but NEVER to the point I started wheezing and had to leave. So they said they dust them selves but that they were busy (they weren't) so to try the morning when there is less people.All that means is "Come when it's not so stirred".Can't even use the fans on the machines without dust hitting your face. Dust falling from their big fans on the ceiling which I've personally never even seen turned off. They need some professionals to come in and then to keep up with it themselves because if they truly think they are dusting (I've personally never seen ANY worker have a duster in their hands) they are FAR from right.*Updated reveiw- Canceling membership this week to go back to Planet Fitness

Best Gym in Killeen! Clean, friendly staff, and all the amenities that you will need! Don't waist your time or money on competitors, this gym is 100 times better than the dirty and constantly broken equipment Planet Fitness...and did I mention the eye candy!!!

Lack of gym etiquette, the gym staff don't help or say anything. People put their stuff on equipment and then go do other stuff. One occasion I walked up and asked everyone around if a rack was being used and everyone said no and no one had been there for some time but there was a bag close by. I asked if they knew who's it was and I even asked around the surrounding area to include a gym staff and no one knew so I started setting up and a person came from almost 20 yards away to say it was being used. So I said okay and moved to another exercise and that same person left the rack and didn't go back for at least another 5 minutes.
