It’s an okay gym but really? The water tastes like pure s***. I’m sure even My dog wouldn’t even drink the water here. I am not sure if it’s a way to get you to go and buy a bottled water upfront but please! get some real water going at this gym!

I thought the staff was very helpful they answered all my questions I have a lot of problems with my back in they suggested everything I should use they let me experience their hydro massaging for like 15 minutes which was fantastic they also had another machine for massaging they let me use once I get my doctor's medical clearance I'm joining it as soon as possible

This is the largest Planet Fitness I have ever seen! My home club is in a different county, but I went to this location a few Saturdays ago because I had to go to some other places in Lakeland. This facility is huge! and clean! The staff was very friendly. I love this place!

I like the judgement free zone. I can go in and do what I need to do without any hassle. The front desk staff are really great and the layout and equipment options are awesome.

Biggest RIP OFF!!! I signed up a year ago, days before the pandemic hit. Here we are a year later, today is the 1st day I've stepped into the building! I go in to cancel and they say I owe yearly fee, if I don't want to pay, I have to come M-F between 9-5, WHEN REGULAR PEOPLE WORK! You guys make it inconvenient to cancel, by having to come in!! All the while it's a WHILE PANDEMIC! Now I can't even cancel without paying more, for something I haven't used!!

The gym equipment is old, has tears and rips and machines are rusted. The lighting is very dim. This gym needs some upgrades stat!!! If you are used to a newer gym you are going to be disappointed.

They will steal from your bank account, lie about fees and they are Very rude. With Crunch Fitness so close I don't know why anyone would go here. Steve was rude and unprofessional as a representative of Planet Fitness. Luckily my son does strength training at Elite Training and can get the rest at Crunch because Planet has terrible customer service.

Tried to buy x2 waters on my way out, nice kid has trouble ringing me out. Charge processed, showing on my ApplePay, my bank account, and their CC terminal as approved, but their POS side didn’t show the transaction. The manager (Steven) attempted to charge me again, and I told him he could do so, but I’d cancel my membership because this had already turned into a 10 minute affair for 2 bottles of water. His response was, “Well, if your dollar is so important to you, go ahead and cancel.”Cool, man. I’ll try another gym.
