Terrible management and rude staff. People on cellphones while using equipment. No paper towels in holders. When you complain to higher management they let the owner Laura Webb know you complained and she is mean about it. I was no longer under contract so cancelled my membership.

Purchased a no contract membership for extra 5 (15) dollars and still can’t cancel. Will not remove acct info for payment nor cancel membership without a letter but still trying to process payment. Spoke with GM and still not resolved. Save you 5 dollars for no contract because you’re still basically in one.

The locker rooms are always clean, staff is very friendly. Equipment is in good, working order all the time. I've traveled and used many PFs, south Lakeland is my favorite.

I've been a member here for about 3 months. I got the black card so that if my 15 year old daughter wanted to go with my wife and I she could. We have brought her before without any problems. Today when I came in they told me that she was not allowed to enter because she did not have a valid ID. They've never asked for this before when she has come, but they refused entry for me and her because of it today. In the past their only concern was that I was her parent/guardian. This place seems to make up rules as they go and enforces them randomly (an older daughter of mine had an issue as well). So be prepared for that if you join.

Hours are deceiving.Good gym, plenty of equipment. I love the 30-minute workout area. Staff is very friendly. The sign outside says they're open 24/5, but they are only open 24/4, with shorter hours Sunday, Friday, and Saturday.

I love this gym! The classes are so effective and only partially make you want to pass out (granted, I'm horribly out of shape lol). The people are all friendly and encouraging. The staff are helpful and friendly. I'm down 10lbs in less than two weeks (I'm alsoon the keto diet). I feel healthier and stronger than I have in a long time. I will definitely keep going to this gym!

Good cheap gym with a lot of equipment and friendly staff. The popular machines often need maintenance and when telling the staff they're not overly interested in identifying the defective machines. EX: treadmill X doesn't incline, notify staff so they can put a note on it and call maintenance. Next time you visit, the same machine's include still doesn't operate.

The monthly fee is cheap and their hours can't be beat. Everything is always clean and there are so many cardio machines. I've never had trouble getting one even during the busiest times. Free weight area can get crowded during busy times. The staff has always been friendly to me but I'm not there to socialize anyway. I am glad to be a member.

I enjoy my casual workouts here. The “no judgement zone” is great for those of us who aren’t super fit and that don’t spend all day in the gym. I enjoy the black card membership. It gives me discounts on the drinks, massage beds, massage chairs and more. The facilities here are always clean. The staff is always helpful and pleasant and Greg you with a smile. Thanks.

I love my gym. I broke my ankle in June and gained a bunch of weight. I joined this gym and everyone was very good to me. Then I broke my ankle again in December. I haven't gone back as of yet. But soon
