Good experience, personnel courteous and always willing to help.

The music is SO LOUD! I use AirPods and they block some of the noise, but I still can’t even hear the music playing on my headphones. This is how loud it is. I don’t understand why. It’s not a club. It’s a gym. Want to put music on to “motivate” who doesn’t have headphones? Fine. But this cannot be a trouble for the ones who are trying to workout peacefully.

It is always clean. It has the Arch machine that I love. And you can always find something to watch from the many televisions there.

Can you give negative stars.I drive truck so I stop across country. This was worst most unwelcoming pf ever. I live in texas, this little snot nose gen z game boy. Was rude and hateful total waste of oxygen 😒 out of 100s of pfs I've been too the worst thing I'd say bout one was parking accessibility or cold shower 🚿 🤔 mad 😠 😡

Nice job! Yelled at my 79 year old mother for making to much noise putting her plates away. My parents have been coming to this gym at least 3 times a week for years and so many people leave their weights all over. My mom has to move them so she can bench her 55 pounds. She has tried asking for your help, but that is to much trouble and now you yell at her for making to much noise putting her plates away. This is ridiculous!!! Not to mention disrespectful. Don’t bother asking me to email or call you. You can read. This occurred on 9/21 between 1:20-2:30pm. I know you have problems keeping employees and you don’t care, only putting the review to possibility encourage others to go elsewhere where they won’t get yelled at for working out. Response: I gave you enough information to figure this out if you wanted too. Need more… New manager sent a young lady to yell at my mother who was benching 55 pounds on the smith machine. My father let the manager know when they left they wouldn’t be back. They both go to the gym 3-5 days a week, silver sneakers so the gym gets paid if they go and doesn’t if they don’t. They already joined and are now going to another gym. Hire people that know something about working out. She didn’t drop weights. It was a normal noise in a gym. This guy just likes throwing his weight around.

Great place to workout, especially if you're disabled. Graduated from physical therapy and got a silver sneakers membership. My wife has a black card membership, and she loves the massage chairs and the hydro massage. Several people I see have disabilitys doing low impact workouts.They could do with extending Silver Sneakers to include the massage chairs and hydro massage as this would help out older people a lot.The staff is always friendly and professional.Overall, I say this is a very nice place for doing continuing physical therapy workouts.Another suggestion would be to have special silver sneakers workout classes to encourage more older and disabled people join.

Bathrooms disgusting nasty with feces all over toilet. They don't clean as frequently as the should. Bench seats tattered.
