Would love to be here but is so hard everytime you try to come in you got manager Corey Newton give you something to make your day miserable, very poor management, Unfortunately is the closest one to my house, I got no choice but really hope and they fix the poor quality of personnel at this location, they don’t want your business, im glad I’m not the only one giving bad reviews due to the poor quality of people working at this location, sad I got to deal with this kind of disrespect and unprofessional behavior from a big gym, is really upsetting.

Been going here for a couple years now, I got behind in my payments and the manager was so kind and arrange a payment plan so I could get back in the gym. Just paid off my overdue fees today I had a great workout. Even when it's busy there's still room. Rarely do I have to wait for a machine

I love the environment at Planet Fitness! I love the idea that I get a massages as part of my plan and that I can have my son come with me as a guest!

The guy that works with the bumpy face is rude. There is a new guy there I believe he is racist . Has my guest jump through hoops I just got upset and left I'm going to contact corporate about the terrible customer service. I would not even give this place 1 star rest room toilets nasty

Great place to go.Canceling the membership is a whole different ballgame. I've been trying to cancel my account for over a year.Planet fitness needs to update their policies to better fit their customers & reputation.

Love the staff been going there for years the only thing i wish PF would address is the 30 min express workout many of us go there when we are pressed for time and we are faced with inconsiderate people siting in that area on their phones of just using one machine for 5 to 10 min at A TIME, the same machine that usually is not being used out in the gym they want to come and sit in the 30 min express and hold up everyone, the management does very little about this so it gets frustrating due to its not an isolated event this happens literally every time we go there so you are forced to work around these people or just flat out skip the exercise totally rendering that section of the gym the do what ever you like section, as you try to stay on track with the red and green light you may have to skip a few machines where people have camped out for the long haul. PF should have an associate in that area of the gym discouraging this behavior.

I've been hanging a bag (not that big) on the rail of a treadmill when I work out for WEEKS and no one has ever said anything. Now, some new guy comes to me and tells me I can't have my bag with me, that he'll take it up to the desk. Uh... there's people using machines left and right without cleaning up after they're done and GIRLS WEARING SPORTSBRAS and you're worried about my LITTLE BAG???... Also, one of the guys (a short guy) behind the desk has been blasting loud music and singing up there several times when I've been up there. Very distracting and very immature. We've never had any of these issues until now. Been going for years. But they'll be losing our business now. The place has become a joke. You have One good honest employee there at night, a tall guy with curly hair and a baseball cap, he's always nice and the only mature adult you have working there apparently.
