Only gave 4 star. Because there a 24/5 gym not 24/ 7 like I nl joined for . Plus they won't let my mom try the hydro massage to see if she would like to be a member. Instead they wanted ten dollars for my mom to come in and see if f she likes it. I am a back card member here with allowed guess just not able share black card service. So it a business not a gym here. Your in your own here little to no interactions with staff.

By far the worst Planet Fitness I have been to in all of the south eastern part of this country. The equipment was of low quality and they didn't even have a fraction of the normal ab machines I'm used to seeing at other Planet Fitness locations.Aside from that, the employee who was working this morning was extremely rude and was giving me a hard time about just about everything imaginable. She even went so far as to check my bag for goggles for tanning and then tell me that I needed to buy their $5 pair or spend $0.54 for the disposable stickers other locations hand out by the bundle.I pay extra for a black membership to be able go go to any location in this country but the treatment I have received here makes me wonder why I'd even bother being a customer any further. I would give no stars if possible.

This place is more friendlier than what Lifestyle Family Fitness never could be (That place is now a Save-A-Lot & some other store.) & anytime I had a question, they were always there to answer it for me. When I feel concern about a specific exercising machine, they seem to be there to either take care of the problem or ease my mind and let me know that it's still safe to use.The place is worth every penny for the membership (I pay for the black membership so I can have a 2nd person work out with me free.) and I never had a problem for the last 2 years of working out.For a small fitness place, it's better than the previous gym I used to work out at because the employees and customers are more friendlier and you don't have to worry about feeling intimidated. I've been working out there for possibly 2 years now and I plan to keep working out there for more years to come.Thank you Planet Fitness. :-)

I was a member for a year. Staff was always courteous and even helpful. As others have stated, the equipment is NOT rundown. We've never had an issue. As another review stated it was to expensive. $20 a month? Really? That's to expensive? If it is, you don't need to be in a gym. Do you expect it to be free? I like the place and would definitely recommend it. I didn't renew due to work schedule, kids and other issues going on. Definitely not the gym.

A bunch of crooks! This is the worst gym experience I've ever had. "No commitments no strings attached", YA RIGHT! Somehow I got roped into a contract, the management was very rude and condescending and couldn't help. Even after I directly stated that I didn't authorize any future debits/payments from my account they still put a payment through and were completely unapologetic and refused to do anything to help me out. This place sucks. Too expensive, not worth the trouble, there are better options and gyms with owners and management that actually live by ethics out there.

First of all every time I went in there with my wife I could immediately see that front desk is making fun of their members and of us as well they will even look out the tinted windows and laugh at their members if you pay close attention. I overheard one of the girls staff say we can judge behind the desk! The main manager is rude to her members and her staff. The machines are run down and needed retiring long ago. The only part I liked was the friendly members and they had good music .They say that they are a "no judge zone" ... Haaa! The staff there are more judgmental than at any other gym... And yes I could hear you!

Being from out of state and no membership card with me...employee Laura gave me an upbeat no worries attitude and handled my challenge by reaching out to my club via phone...she had me working out within minuyes...thx Laurathat was customer service at its finest

Up north Planet Fitness is open 24/7 except for Christmas I'm down here to be with my father who's in the hospital from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and I can't get a workout on the weekends what a disappointment shame on you. To the owner hire more staff problem solved.

I've been working out here for about 6 months and I really enjoy it. The people are friendly and the staff is awesome.

Worst gym ever. Poor equipment and a management that is extremely rude and unprofessional. Not worth even the 20.00 plus 59.00 joining fee they charge. They advertize 10.00 per month but that is limited to the single club and does not include any of the amenities. They refuse to honor the other planet fitness gym memberships and the manager lies and tells people she owns the club in order to keep them from contacting the owner.
