The staff are very friendly and the trainer is amazing. The gym is always clean and they have just added all new equipment.

Nice staff but there's Not a lot of equipment. I find that people camp the equipment while on there cell phone causing longer than normal wait times. It's a gym not a social media photoshoot.

I've been coming for about 6 months now, but it was a total waste of time today. The heat was on! I couldn't stay and workout, making me nauseous. The kid at the front desk said the temperature inside is controlled by the outside temperature and since it is so cold out today that is why the heat is on (it was 63!)! He said it would be like this all winter. I told him that was nuts! It's too flippin hot to work out and this is cold weather!? Why control the inside by what it is on the outside?? Crazy

I can see why this gym has a 3.9 not suprising at all! I would give 0 starts if I could as I’m being charged in advance for a monthly membership my husband isn’t going to use since our contract ended with planet fitness last month! And he went into the gym and signed to cancel with them but of course they have no record of it so instead of apologizing and offering to make it right the rep chooses to call my husband a liar and stated we would not get a refund since it was not “canceled” they clearly do not care out their reputation that’s pretty clear by their google account ALL I WANT WHAT IS OWED TO ME WHICH IS A REFUND FOR AN UNUSED MEMBERSHIP BE FAIR TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Love this gym! The staff is very friendly and always there for you. It's spacious and always extremely clean. It has plenty of machines and never feels super busy. I always leave feeling good about my workout experience!

Your average gym, friendly staff. It would serve them well to add more variety (like step machines, stretching station etc) but overall good gym.

Not a bad experience the staff were very friendly. I rated only 3 stars because of the outdated machinery. I will say this. I'll take the extra time and hit the planet fitness on the soithside of town.

Always clean, great staff and always feel comfortable. Definitely worth the 20 a month for the black card for added tanning and use of massage chairs and hydro massage.

Ive been to several locations, and this also is a great location. They have the hydro massage beds and the staff is super cool. They have alot of members here too. Very social. Hard to remember everyone's names :)

Everyone here is very friendly, people are there to accomplish goals (not talk), and it's a great place for those of us who aren't comfortable being around a lot of people while trying to accomplish what sometimes seems impossible. My only complaint is the hours on weekends. They close at 9 on Friday night (which I can pull off if I blast out of work exactly at 7pm), but Saturday and Sunday they close at 7 and that's just insanely early. There's no way I can get there. In their defense, when I joined, my schedule was different so I never paid attention to the hours. Now, it hurts my progress, due to taking days at a time off, but that's my own problem.
