John is PHENOMENAL!!!!!! I came here today because my other PF gym I usually go to had an employee there who was over the top rude so I left. I came to the Lakeland North location and John spent about 30 minutes helping me transfer over to this location. He is AMAZING!!!! I will be calling his boss tomorrow to let them know what an amazing young man they have working for them! Keep up the great service John!

The only thing I wish they had was a bigger space for the people who use the mats to do floor exercises. Space is too small and you have to basically wait until someone is done. Other than that, place is awesome. It's always clean, from equipment to even the bathroom.

Nice and clean, no Hulk Hogan's, everybody can join and start working out without having to fear being laughed at. Would be great being open 24x7

The men's restroom has pee all over the floor ,spit on walls , urine seem they have not been cleaned in month

The vibe is peaceful.... Staff very helpful and friendly. I am a very heavy set person who is trying to lose weight and when I take the classes at Planet fitness even when it's hard for me to do some of the exercises. The instructor and other gym members are always encouraging me and very helpful. Makes me feel good to not be judged because of my weight. I really wish they had weight balls at this location.

To too many people on their phones while sitting on machines And the staff not doing anything about it there are some people in the gym actually trying to work out need to keep the rules or throw them all out together stop picking and choosing there's tons of sign that says cell phone conversations in the lobby only not the gym floor
