I have been a member over 3 years I lo vcd e the fact even when I am out of town I can look up a Planet Fitness nearby and recieve the same great amenities and customer service nationwide.

I wish I had joined sooner I have belonged to curves in orangetheory fitness but I think planet fitness has them beat. Because they offer just a wide variety of different machines to use, and also they have the hydro chair and beds and the tanning beds I mean one stop fitness, massage, and tanning what more could you ask for.

I went to cancel my gym membership and Cory the manager at the front desk lied and said I had to be a member for 90 days before I could cancel when my agreement said 0 minimum month commitment. So I asked what was the cancellation fee because I was over it and he couldn’t tell me. The staff are just horrible liars!!!!!! 10/10 would not recommend this place. If I could give zero stars I would!

The showers on the men’s side were beyond nasty. I reported this to the employee at the entrance desk. Someone had spit sunflower seed shells all over the shower room floor. Someone had emptied a bottle on talcum powder all over the floor and chairs. There were empty bottles of soap left in the showers. There was dirt on the shower room floor. The man at the desk said they have a cleaning service that comes at night. Never will I return to this location

My wife and have never actually been to a gym before, it's been a great experience so far. Met some nice people and very friendly staff they're always ready to help. Needless to say we both are starting to feel alot better about ourselves. 😅 …

This is my new home away from home gym in Lakeland and there are a lot of things to like about it, but especially the management and attendants. I wish I could come here everyday but a couple of times a week is my routine and I am never disappointed with my workout and availability of equipment.
