They're keeping not clean which is really nice. I don't understand why they don't have any paper towels in the handicap stall which has a sink

Well despite being a nice clean facility, the business model of This particular planet fitness is entrapment !!!! I moved away from the area and even with my account showing not a single visit in over 1000 days I was still told I had to cancel in person only to be told when I got here after almost 3 yrs later that I could have canceled with a certified letter I will forever advertise the horrible manner in which I was treated and wrongfully trapped in a contract with this place p.s. this is a business that is advertising a judgment free zone yet it discriminates and calls out and publicly embarrasses people if they make noise while exercising that is passing judgment in its purest form so not only do they trap folks to continue to milk them for money when they could easily cancel and provide customers with a decent level of customer service they are also discriminatory and hypocritical !!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!

Well wasn't m looking to sign up but go in and there's no internet except in the managers office. So I can't sign up because the manager is only there on Sunday all day and Monday. This is Friday and gone at noon. Well I have to wait till Sunday and will loose out on my already membership through job. It should be that someone is always there to do this. Not empresses so far.

Good clean gym. Staff are very friendly

It's well maintained, friendly staff and a lot of equipment, even though half of it is removed from use for social distancing. I like the hydromassage, although it's only available for Black Card users, still I think it's worth the extra $12 a month.

I don't think I've personally ever had a good customer experience with any of the staff there when it comes to my contract. I feel like every time I have tried to see about when my contracts ending just because I don't use it anymore I've been trapped into staying with it and every person I've asked about it and I've asked about three or four has been rude to me.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean m environment and good working machines. You feel confident just walking in the doorWe had a membership for a while but had to cancel due to financial difficulties. We will go back once all is back to normal. The staff take the time to walk you around and show you the equipment and what things do if you also and on your first visit to sign up. Lots of specials throughout the year. They have tanning beds and a massage water bed too.

I feel really comfortable and safe at this gym! It’s always clean and the machines are rarely ever out of order. Everyone minds their own business unless they want to give you a passing compliment about your outfit or something, which is really nice for introverts and anxious people like myself.The massage machines are wonderful to get knots out after a workout. Turn the water massage bed up to 10, you’ll feel the difference.Sometimes the staff can be hard to find (on the rare occasion you do need them, like to check in for the massage bed/chairs) but when you do see them they’re friendly and helpful!Over all good gym, happy to be apart of it!

Love the atmosphere and the new equipment buff! Employees greetings and professionalsm needs improvement, but otherwise love it here!

The worst fitness I have met so far do not even have a relaxing room when I wanted to rest and sit on a metal chair, I was asked after 3 minutes to say that this is not a place to rest. Think before you go there.
