Overall, this gym is nice but what really made the experience for me was working with Jeremy today. Jeremy did a personal training session with my boyfriend and I and he kicked my butt (in a good way). Jeremy may be hard of hearing but that doesn't stop him from being an amazing coach. He always helped me maintain the proper form (something I'm not normally good at). He is very encouraging, motivating and really wants to help people get the best out of their workouts. If you are looking for a trainer, Jeremy is your guy! Thanks Jeremy!

The staff is unprofessional. The kids club hours are subject to change every other week, not just on holidays ( super inconvenient!). And a great majority of the aerobic equipment probably not working. Its horrible. And the only reason I try my luck is when my kid really wants to go to the one with the slide. I guess that's one perk. Their kids club has a slide. Other than that I would avoid this place!

Its okay. Nothing exciting about this gym. Machines are okay. Some broken here and there but I guess thats to expedited from a gym that gets used a lot. It is dirty for the most part. I dont think anyone has wiped down the top of the gym lockers like ever. Its a big gym with tons of cardio machines.. But really please clean this place better.

I've been a member since the club opened, and I'm NOT HAPPY!!! The place is filthy, truck stops have cleaner shower facilities, the sauna is constantly broken / out of order, the Jacuzzi / spa, when it works. is disgusting with a constant brown foam covering it, there is a build-up of dust / on ledges and high reach areas of the gym, I understand it is a high use facility, SO CLEAN MORE OFTEN!!!!! And there is no excuse for amenities like the spa or sauna not working for days on end, there isn't anything that cant be replaced or repaired in 24 hours , no pun intended, PLEASE get it together or this member wont be a member for long.

These guys will not let you in the door without taking something. I'm a sport member and just need a basic gym, I hope this place shuts down no use for a Super Sport.

This club is horrible the manager Hakeem denied me a guest pass because I wouldn't provide 3 referrals..why would I give you referrals if I haven't even tried out the club myself...Thats like me buying a car I didn't test drive...smh

They decided to change the hours of the kids club, which was an awful idea and will make the gym more crowded during peak hours. Parents will either be forced to go during the new (peak) hours or not go at all without rearranging their whole work schedule like myself. Every time I go in the afternoon, they are maxed out, keep the old kids club hours!

I joined 24 Hour Fitness in the 90's and have gone to branches of varying quality but this one is by far the worst. Indifferent staff, broken equipment, pigsty locker rooms...Congratulations on receiving the Suckiest Ever Award.

Seems like a place I'd like to go because I'm to busy during the day, hence the name 24hour fitness. I could go anytime of the day. I'm only available to go the gym before six. Anyway I called to get a free pass, Dude on the phone explained what it took to get one. Said I could get the bulk of my info out the way over the phone. Only thing I would need to do is show my id...... Couldn't talk at that specific moment so I would call back. I called back and told a different salesman what I been told and he said no. I'd need to set up an appointment and come in to have a walk through, fill out paperwork, sign paperwork and get a copy of my id..... I wouldn't be able to activate it any other way. People need to get there info correct before giving out false info.

I visit this location often..I mainly use the wet area..I'm finding here lately..Men and women are in this area without proper attire/or bathing before coming in the area...just putting their feet in the water..shaving then jumping in the pool. Sneakers in sauna/steam sweat shirts all kinda gear. Pour water in steam room...people getting in jacuzzi and dunk n under the water..long story short..signs posted when leaving locker om states ..swin wear in this area..shower first...people come from other side of Gym with machines.n such...just come to that area...As is. . n sneakers...sit around on the phone..voice echoes thru the place...That is disrespectful to those of us who follow the rules.prepare .by showering and appropriate gear. It's a shame ..These are grown folks.I wish the Marketing team could mentions the rules to guests when touring... and Patrol the area..and Keep some standards...It's too loose.I know I have many other choices.. long beach..Cerritos...downey...but lakewood is in my neighborhood! !Please can sum body help !!!
