Good Location. As long as the members clean up after themselves, the gym will be clean.

I started going to this unit recently and it doesn't have the slightest condition to continue, not a single thing that is in place, weights, mats, box, step, if you need to use anything you'll have to go hunting all over the gym. Clearly the people who train there don't have the slightest education and the gym administration clearly doesn't care after all no signs are put up for people to understand , since they don’t have common sense, and they also don't have any staff to help with the organization.

BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT HOW DIRTY AND OUTDATED THIS FACILITY IS . The customer service makes it worse . When I first walked in both team members at the front desk ignored me and continued their conversation as I stood at the front desk for assistance , one associate walked near me to the front desk but didn’t say anything so I spoke and said hello , he just mumbled “hi “ back and kept fumbling around with something on the desk acting like he was doing something , so I looked at them both and asked for assistance with what I needed then the female associate came up to help me .. terrible customer service .. it’s very dirty . VERY outdated even the machines HAVE RUST on them , machines are left dirty with sweat and dust on them . There isn’t a good weight selections and it gets FAR TOO CROWDED HER . Crazy to say I’m going back to Planet fitness . I plan on giving 24hour fitness a chance at 2 other locations but I most definitely WILL NOT BE returning to this location . I ended my work out early because it was so gross and disgusting in there . I should’ve taken pictures . I’m sure if I come back to take the pictures it’ll still be gross in there .

They need to clean the place. I have spoken to staff and management. This is very frustrating as they are continuing to ignore the problem.

Cleaner than Ocean Blvd location, but not as clean as Bellflower Blvd location.This location has the jankiest assisted pull-up machine I have ever seen: no rubber grips on the wide-grip position, so you can only do close-grip pull-ups, and the rubber grips are falling off the tricep dip handles. They need to replace it with the model type they have at the Bellflower Blvd location.Glad they have a lot of benches and power racks.Edited: Aug 15, 2023. Someone has now ripped down most of the paper towel dispensers, and there is only one bottle of cleaning solution for the entire gym. Disgusting. I’m removing a star.

Besides the pool/sauna/ steam room being closed for maintenance for more than a week already, the showers are horrible. Dirty and broken things as shown. The only good thing about that gym is the A/C!

Trash! Don't waste your money! I have never seen gyms look this bad. They need new management or something. To let your facility's get this bad is insane and just laziness, also says a lot about the people there.

As others have mentioned, customer service here is LACKING. I've had my membership for a year already and have always been able to bring a guest. Today, whatever manager was there was on a serious power trip because I was denied. Funny enough, my membership is set to renew today. However, I might just cancel it due to the interaction I was forced to have.

I've been going to this location for a year now and the quality has gone down. Cleanliness is the first issue that you will come across. As you walk around the gym there is nothing but piles of used napkins after members wipe down the machine and leave them there. The second issue is the lack of dumbbells. In the free-weight section there is about 6 racks for the dumbbells and out of those only 3 are full. The rest are completely empty and you will struggle to find dumbbells from 10lbs to 20lbs since people take them upstairs.
