24 Hour Fitness

This club is total junk. Facilities are dirty and falling apart. Only one of the men's shower heads has any water pressure. Staff is lazy and unprofessional. Zero customer service. The general manager, Omar Toma, is a CLOWN. He should be driving a bus, not running a fitness club. I come here out of sheer convenience, as it is literally across the street from my house, and I work from home. Otherwise, I would never come to this ghetto club.

24 hour fitness but I came today and it's closed 😭 …

Gym was messy and dirty, did not enjoy while I was there. Room for improvement

The management is no good, the worst of all the gyms I’ve been to. They don’t listen to the customer complaints, they just ignore you. They do not know how to run the facility. When a machine breaks down they take forever to fix it. The showers and swimming pool are always dirty. The basketball courts have no nets and are broken and floor is damaged. Maintenance does not know what they are doing. When I was washing my hands a board fell and hit my shin and I was bleeding. The weights are all over the place. I would give this no stars If I could. This is the worst gym around. All because of the management. I had been going to this gym for years but when management changed I left. A lot of my friends left also. The only way we will go back is if management changes.

The people and the staff are awesome. The vibe is great, the pool is clean, they get all the Stars!!!

The best staff is at Lakewood is the best. The clients not so much . Stop using the dam white powder and get some gloves. Should not be allowed

While at this facility I approached the front desk and talk to a large Mexican female I told her that the sink in the bathroom has been plugged up for over 3 days and they should have their maintenance man check it out, she proceeded to tell me I was being rude and that she would remember me apparently she did not realize that I am a customer and without me she has no job so if you must go to a 24 hour fitness I suggest you bypass this dirty nasty one and it's very rude attendance

It used to be my favorite location but it’s getting so crowded and dirty. If they know the location has that demand they should make available more equipment and/or limit the time per user. They have like 3 equipments per type if no less.Cleanliness….not great. Borderline dirty.Overpriced cheap quality for what we pay

Staff doesn’t greet upon entry but that’s most gyms these days. Besides that I really like this gym. This location has high ceilings, a lot of room and great air flow. There’s most of the equipment you need and this 24 is usually not as busy as others.
