24 Hour Fitness

So far so good. It’s big so there’s lots of machines. There is always hand sanitizer, paper towels and spray which is great. Alex signed me up and she was super cool & got straight to the point. She talked to me about the different classes which was super helpful.

I enjoy how empty the gym is here. I used to come at night after my shift and it would be a perfect time to put in work. I would sleep very easily after my workout. Everything is clean and each time I was there I’d see the staff cleaning. Rooms are always clean as well. All equipment would be working properly.

I worked at 24HR Fitness long ago, and customer service quality has dropped dramatically. 90% you don't get greeted come or going anymore. They don't help enforce their mask policy. They have not upped their cleaning regimen. You can get 3-4 staffers (including the club manager) at the front with zero acknowledgement. I asked someone in Spring/Summer to ask those in the steam room to wear a mask, and they did nothing. I bought an a water, went to the register, the girl literally said nothing other than my total, I even said thank you and to have a good one. I still have former colleagues and friends that are regional managers and at corporate, so when I speak to the club manager today and if nothing changes I'll be reaching out. And I think it's great that you can see couples going to the gym together, but the girlfriends can wear a mask throughout their entire workout and none of their guys can. Lastly, the staff doesn't even know when the last time the pool and hot tubs were cleaned/treated.

Had a great work out. I felt safe. The equipment was working well. Friendly

Make 24 hr, 24 hrs again!! Besides getting charged my full amount for half amenities. 24 hr rocks

The staff hasn't shown up on time lately. If you're going to post that you open at 5am, open up at 5am!

Great experience! So happy to be ba k on the gym. Front desk staff was very helpful answering my questions.

24 hour not open this morning. I arrived at opening now after an hour and a half wait outside I missed my time window, missed the cycle class. It's ridiculous that the location doesn't have staff available to open the gym. Bring back 24 hour- hours!!!

Meh- the location was somewhat clean at 10pm. There was toilet paper on the floor of restroom (-.5 star) dirty hand paper in locker area (-.5 star) and a few broken machines (-1 star considering they've had all COVID to fix them).

Who ever has been in charge of opening the gym has been failing. There’s have been several instances where’s I have arrived at the gym at 5am which is their opening time and I waited till 5:20 am and still no employee showed up. The Lakewood location is less than a mile from my house but I am now driving 3+ miles to the Long Beach location on spring because their employees show up on time
