The gym is a proper super sport 24 hour where it has most if not all amenities (racketball, basketball court, steam/sauna, pool, jacuzzi) and actually open 24 hours a day. Staff are friendly though sometimes they can be too busy talking, but if you get their attention they are eager to help. Equipment is kinda worn out and I wish they’d replace the ones that easily have wear and tear (I.e yoga mats & rubber dumbbells). The gym and locker rooms are kept pretty clean and out of other 24hrs I like their shower set up the best which has good standing space, a built in block to set you shower amenities or sit on, and a towel hook on the inside of the shower so you don’t have to open the door naked to grab it.GX classes are fun but I recommend avoiding the Turbo kick class by Helen if you’re a beginner. Unlike other classes I’ve been to, you aren’t taught the moves first so you feel completely like a fish out of water and embarrassed to be doing wrong moves. A few people left during class because of it which I think is a real shame and hope they come back for a different class. I also didn’t like she would take long pauses between routines to talk with some of her regulars while changing songs and I didn’t feel comfortable when she recorded us ☹️.

The gym is not bad at all. The showers could be cleaner, and having trashcans in the locker room would be nice to have. Also, bringing back the kids club would be a huge plus. The front desk rep Robert is great - 5 stars for his attitude, kindness, and professionalism.

What’s the point of paying if they don’t fix the equipment. Most of the machines don’t work !

Very bad customer service I went, I activated the free 3-day service to try and when I wanted to enter the staff told me that they did not know about that option and that only those who paid would enter (I wanted to register but first I wanted to see how good the gym was and they had to call the nas staff to see if any of them knew about that promotion, they finally found someone who treated me with disgust, they kept me waiting half an hour until they activated my promotion, (the one I did in the app already had it active, horrible attention, that's why I didn't want to go anymore) but the facilities are very good, they are spectacular, I would have liked to sign up, but he treated me badly

Love how they regularly replace the basketball nets when they get worn out.

Staff is lazy they close till before 10 so they don’t have to do much in their night shift

Such a disappointment. Basketball gym is littered. Makes the overwhelming dust bunnies look...Cmon management. Keep it clean!

The gym is open 24 hours. But it is short-staffed, so it's not kept as clean or organized as it used to be.

extremely dirty and unkept. trash everywhere on basketball courts

I know this is 24 Hour Fitness, but still, as a due-paying member, you expect some basic level of customer service. Unfortunately, this location has none. Management is horrible. If you have an issue with facilities or equipment, they will either argue with you or laugh in your face. My husband and I have canceled our memberships and are now at a club with better equipment and facilities and staffed by professionals.
