This is actually a nice gym just the placement of the smith machines right in front of the dumbbells makes everything so crowded. Also it being crowded and sort of small planet fitness needs to do something about all these people taking two machines or benches at a time. Makes it more difficult for everyone else trying to use the machines with limited machines or benches available.

Great friendly employees!! Always clean. When take shower water pressure terrible!!!! Too hot or too cold! Could get burned!! One shower head broken!!

I DO NOT recommend coming here after 5:45am. Everyone uses 3 machines or weights at the same time, strewn all across the gym, like it's their personal gym. I shouldn't have to beg people to use the equipment we ALL pay to use. I blame management for not putting a stop to it. Yes, that happens at all gyms from time to time, but it's endemic here - totally out of control. And if you're reading this and you do that: you're a jerk. 100%. No question.

I’ve been a member at another planet fitness in the past and they let me cancel over the phone because I moved out of the area. This planet fitness didn’t let me cancel over the phone. They said I needed to come in or mail in a letter. Yes, it’s in the contract - but the reason it’s in there is to try to get extra money from customer. Very unethical in my opinion.Reason for three stars instead of less is because the employee was very nice in person when helping me cancel.

I enjoy how close this facility is to my home. It is a seemingly busy location but even with that facts there always seems to be an open machine. The staff has been courteous and very helpful whenever I need assistance. It doesn't seem to be a lot of people who use the tanning facility or the total body enhancement leaving it open for opportunity to use on a regular basis.

I enjoy using the strength machines and occasionally doing my PT exercises for my ankle. The Tootsie rolls are a weird great perk.

I have gone to this place four times to have my membership canceled and it's still active. I also left several messages for the manager to call me. This place is likes to steal people's money

Literally can’t cancel your membership if you’re not in person. If you want to cancel and you move, they make you send a letter via carrier pigeon.I’m beyond fed up with this gym. I get it’s the franchise model, but you can’t hold peoples credit over their heads for $40.Do better.

All the machines and weights you could ask for, plus plenty of cardio options like treadmills and stair climbers. They also have areas for stretching and mobility. Parking can be a bit tight since it's in a shopping area.
