I like planet fitness as a company and I would recommend their gyms overall. However the assistant manager here, Devin is on an ego trip and will surely make your experience terrible.

Best Customer Service! Fawnell, West, Jonathan, Jose, Divine and the rest of the team are so welcoming ad friendly. The place is always in immaculate condition and spotless. Highly recommend this location!

This club is clean and the staff is very friendly. I would however would like to see more foam rollers including the long ones than just the two short ones they have. Other than that the club is great!

I'm so glad I joined , this gym is clean , staff is cool , Love how many amenities they provide and the convenience of having it only a few blocks away . PERFECT !!!

I used to really love coming here, but the one employee who keeps harassing me ruined it. I don't think I'll be returning to this location again.Before signing up with this specific location, please check their low ratings and why.Also, the enployee was the one who worked the graveyard shift on Feb 11.

I went in to cancel a month ago. And they still keep charging me. Unreal. I speak on the phone with a manager. She said she can’t help. Asked for a regional manager. She said nobody can help me. That’s not the way to treat people.Update: I speak with regional manager, she keep saying its my fault, I she can't help, unreal...

After having been to PF in several states and locations this one seems the most run down. Not a single elliptical was working nor would even turn on. That's a large majority of the cardio equipment. None of the machines have the knob to make weight increments. The weight jumps from 60 to 80 with no increments? Must be a really really old PF location.

I have been to half a dozen planet fitnesses in the Denver area and this is by far the worst. Machines are missing multiple plates in a row and weight adjustment dials. Cable machines catch and drop weight. This location needs basically all new machines and cables. If you can go somewhere else it’s worth it. Lakeview and downtown locations are 5 star

Broken equipment, wire is sticking out and I almost got cut. When I tried to let employee know, she looked me and said, yeah. Their next slogan should be - Planet Fitness, we don't care. if equipment is broken, put - out of order sign or tape. It is common sense

Devin and Robbie make it a even better experience going to this particular gym. I am a local kid and been to countless gyms in the area. These two are welcoming and friendly.
