The gym has all the basics and a huge amount of equipment, even during busy periods. As mentioned, the staff seems less personable and disengaged - to the point that there have been obvious concerns with locker room thefts which have not in any obvious ways been dealt with. I do not feel comfortable leaving anything in the locker room, even when utilizing an effective lock.

I love this gym. Never crowded, always available machines. The Black Card member perks like the massage chairs and tanning are awesome and I've never had to wait too long. Staff is nice and the gym is always clean.

Love the space in here and love the tanning beds! The lay down ones suck so Im glad the stand ups are the only option. Now there is real issue with the showers and bathrooms. The handicapp one in the ladies room was slanted sideways and the seat was wooden and very uncomfortable to sit on, it was also slanted and I couldnt even put stuff on it without it falling the whole time. And the minute I got out of the shower I fell because the floor in the bathroom is so slippery. Its pretty dangerous! With me loving this gym the 3rd time I went I couldn't even be on the step up machine without being laughed at by your front desk employees! And this is a judgment free zone? Not with me being laughed at by your OWN staff! Its really crappy and I left because I felt uncomfortable. I got a gym membership for a reason and stuff like that is the reason why I take 20 minutes to get motivation to even walk into the door! Its rediculas honestly. I will be making a formal complaint to the manager as well!

I love planet fitness. Aside from the occasional problem from another member, it's always a great experience. The staff is always friendly and smiling. There is normally plenty of equipment to use, depending on your workout needs. Plenty of beautiful people to look at too. 😂 …

This facility is terrible, all equipment is falling apart and they lack alot of equipment to begin with. Not enough free weights and the locker room always smells. If this was my first introduction to planet fitness I would not sign up with them, however I have a membership that lets me visit all facility's and this is the closet one to me by quite a distance. Oh and the hours??? Are you kidding me? People don't workout during business hours that's what we do after work. Should be a 24 hour facility, I would at least give it three stars then.

the guy at the front desk let me chill here just to charge my phone for like an hour at 3:00 in the morning. so this place without question gets five stars. I just got my black card yesterday at a different location and oh man I gotta say that I suggest everyone out there gets one. honestly you still should even if you don't work out... they have 24/hr outlets, bathrooms, chillout zones AND showers to make it all worth it!

I love this gym. I love that I can come here at any time and it be open 24 hours. I recently was in a car accident and hadn't been in in 6 months. Planet fitness has this motto about how it is a "judgment free" zone. When I put my black card up to the scanner, I think she could see how long it had been since I had been in. She chuckled and laughed at me and mocked me by giving me a smart ass remark, "ha well welcome back, finally" she was very catty and rude towards me. When you work for a place, live by your motto. Who cares if it's been 6 months or a year even. I pay my membership every month and I don't judge. Their staff (or at least that one staff member) could be more respectful.

Love this location. Staff members are always very pleasant and attentive, gym is always clean and not crowded. Signing up for a Black Card membership is highly recommended for the tanning rooms, toning rooms, and massage beds/chairs, you won't regret it. Keep doing your thing, guys!!!

I LOVE this gym!! Never in my life would I have thought I'd say that lol. The staff is great and SUPER friendly!! They are always smiling and helpful if needed. I've never had a negative encounter with them. Megan in particular has stuck out from the crowd with her upbeat, friendly personality. Even if she's on the phone or helping someone she will still scan my card no problem. The space is nice and big, the cleanliness is great. Only wish for it would be that they have a space with mirrors similar to the stretching area to do more individualized workouts, but I can understand with the whole "No Gymtimidation" motto that's probably why there's not. All in all great facility and amenities and STAFF!!

I joined this location on a black card membership a little over a month and a half ago. I have been coming in as much as my schedule allows and utilizing all the features. The gym always seems to be clean and well taken care of. All of the staff I interacted with have been very friendly, upbeat, and quick to help. I have never really had to wait any significant amount of time to utilize any of the equipment which is very nice. The fact the gym is 24 hours is also convenient as I am an on-call shift worker and my schedule is often all over the place. This location has been a non-intimidating and approachable facility to maintain my health! Thanks Planet Fitness!
