The people here need more training. The machines are dirty, pretty sure I got covid here. They need mirrors so u can see your workouts. I paid the 20 dollar a month VIP black card membership and would ask for help with the red light therapy machine and not one of those workers could help me. They weren't taught to know the machines. Cancled my membership... I'd rather work out at 24 hour fitness even tho it costs and arm and a leg, atleast they are trained and helpful staff.

Car was stolen by someone stealing my keys from my cubbie, when asked about the security they only had one camera, and surprise, surprise the two guys behind the counter did not have access to it (Devin was the name of one of them). No one was any help and a manager could not be found or reached at all. I get it its not their vehicle being stolen but the lack of care was abismal.

The facility was clean but the employee was on their phone and dismissive when we asked for help. When we left, we confronted the guy and he said he's only there once a month and when we asked if that meant he didn't care, he just nodded.

Dirtiest location of them all.Made a complaint to the front about the cleanliness and they cancelled my membership without notice even though I Pre paid for a black card.Manager seemed to have any issue with reinstatement of my membership.Avoid this location.

Members don’t understand the circuit. I’ve been cut off every time. There are machines on the floor people can use that don’t interrupt the circuit. I think bigger signs explaining and more staff monitoring the area would be helpful

I have had a membership with Planet Fitness for a long time. I have enjoyed using their treadmills. The people are friendly. They will give you a walk thru and if need be a trainer. All for $10.00.

People/staff are consistently amazing throughout the years. Clean, affordable, and fellow gym members are friendly, respectful, and about those gains.This was 4 years ago when I reviewed this branch it’s only gotten better since bravo.

It's good for starting out, if your planning to do more than just stay fit you probably wanna look for a better gym, definitely not a bad gym, far from it, just not your go to gym for body building

This planet fitness is by far the cleanest and friendliest in the area !! (Reviewed diff date)‐-----I really hope this PF doesn't get shut down as its my favorite. But I don't feel safe coming here with half of the people not wearing masks. Just this morning there were two individuals sitting at the tables in the front not wearing masks. The employee 10 feet away said nothing. Yikes!

This place claims to be a judgement free zone. You should be able to wear what attire you have. You should be able to stand and relax, in between sets without getting hassled from other customers. This is quite the opposite of a judgement-free Zone it appears that that's all the clientele does. It is not the workers, the clientele are the judgmental ones.
