I have a Black Card and wanted to train at that facility the first time. The guy told me that I don't have a valid membership. I told him that I trained yesterday at a different facility. He didn't believe me. Than I showed him my contract (!) that is still valid. He still didn't let me in because the system says something else. Again I told him I trained yesterday and pointed on my contract. He was not at all supportive and didn't try to solve the situation. With the way he treated me and the situation, he would have seen his last day in my gym.

Gym was fine, nice actually. However, when the impact of Covid was going, I tried to cancel my membership, and it was instead put on hold. When I realized that my monthly payments had resumed, I called to cancel (again) and was told I could only do it in person or via mail (snail mail), and that the manager would not do it over the phone or by email!All would be fine, if I still lived near the club. Manager was not very helpful, in fact he was rather confrontational.It's not even the money, it is a local business and I don't mind helping out. However, your service sucks, and it reflects on the entire organization!

So far, I'm happy with my experience with Planet Fitness. Their gym is clean and the staff are friendly. There are also many available amenities which is very convenient. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cool gym to exercise in

Place is clean. However, way too many people w/o masks during a county indoor mandate. I don't really care except that there were people ooenly coughing and breathing heavily out of their mouths while NOT social distancing. The staff is okay but seem not interested in working there. They seem to gather behind the desk together often. There is a good amount of equipment but hard to get in the weight area as too many seem to camp out while on their phones so no one else can use the equipment. My favorite is the many treadmills, bikes and elliptical. Its worth the money. I pay the higher membership to use the perks of the tanning area and massage chairs (Inhavebto use it, but I will). Overall I would recommend this place. Its better than my last fitness center I went too.

This is definitely a judgment free zone. So for those who are worried about others watching and judging you by your routine or even appearance, you can feel safe there. People of all ages, shapes and sizes are always there. Better than other gyms that I've been to.

I used to love, love, love this location, but the cleanliness is downhill ):Additionally, they don’t actually call out or enforce any of their policies, plenty of loud dudes slamming weights each time I go. Twice this week I had to end my workout early because men are walking around totally doused in cologne. Really sad to see this club go so downhill.

Clean and fun although I hate working out, they make the experience actually something I can look forward to. Yeah I'm lazy, but they are great if you are needing to get back into the gym or try it for the first time. You can sign up online and it's quick and easy. Then you just scan your phone and work out. You don't even need to bring a wallet into the place because they can run your CC any time to purchase drinks. They have secure lockers for your stuff, and the staff is super friendly 👌 and CLEAN

Good facilities. Fairly clean equipment. My only issue was that their dumbbells only went up to 75LB and they had no free Olympic bars. I think I’m just not in their target market. It’s a fine gym if you want to stay in shape but if you are serious about getting fit you should go somewhere else.

Not just a great starter gym but good for intermediate thru advanced as well. Enough of what you need to get the workout you want. Glad I joined, not too crowded, clean, and friendly too.
