Awesome, they have someone there on the weekends now to open! Good club a little dark, but that’s just how the building is. Love when they keep the fans on all the time.

Guests are not allowed to tan with a Black membership. They want your CC number AND your bank account number to to join.

My favorite place to workout in Anchorage. The facilities are clean and the staff are super friendly! Definitely has helped me get through the winter.

PF, this is my preferred location but for several months now the bathroom has been neglected. Urinals are super dusty and crusty, barely flushing and always stinking hard. Similarly, the water fountain has some gooey stuff poking out of the drain. I started going to a different location nearby that keeps up the hygiene better. Address this, please.

Posting for a friend because they go to this gym and wish to stay anonymous:I absolutely love the manager that is here daily, he’s always so kind and has a smile on his face and greets you. What got me most excited to join this gym was the on-staff trainer as I’ve never joined a gym before and knew I would have equipment questions. My first day asking for help by the trainer I felt rushed and was spoken to as if I’m an annoyance. No eye contact, no smiling, short answers and is ready to walk away at a moments notice. Same thing the 2nd time I asked him for help. Noticed a similar instance when he was working with an elderly lady. So I brushed it off as “that’s just his personality. I’ll find someone more suitable for my needs.” However, tonight when I was there I saw a very different side to him. He was smiling with the guest, attentive, making eye contact and giving her his full attention. Biggest difference between all the other scenarios: she was in her early 20’s, thin and someone most would consider “attractive.”

They literally kick u out at 10 and they can’t wait a few minutes for u to clean ur sweat! Last time I went there I was cleaning my sweat at the door and the guy from the staff followed me yelling at me that they were closed it was literally 10:03 I ended up getting sick cuz I was warm and I went to cold right away!

Josh at the front desk wouldn't let us in without ID even tho I've done it many times. Wouldn't give me managers info either. No customer service whatsoever.
