Literally had 3/4 hydro bed massages open but forced me to wait 10+ mins while some guy was in #3. They said, well actually they aren't open... when I said that it was highly inconvenient and also illogical af, they dismissed me, so I left immediately. I pay premium price to access those beds. They should be working and available. Some horrid customer service led by idiot 20 somethings. Go to the one up north!

Planet Fitness has the newest equipment, best choices and amazing Staff. Everything is cutting edge and awesome!

Dear PF,I called at the beginning of October in an attempt to cancel my membership. I am aware that normal circumstances require me to enter the facility to do so. However, after asking to talk with management (who I was then told I was given to) and explaining to them that I had sustained a series injury and was unable to do so, the person who told me they were management said that they could in fact close the account and that I could avoid the club fees so they did not compound my already mounting money trouble.All good until I was then charged near the end of October. Mistakes happen, so I called again to see what happened.Enter miss "Elizabeth" who immediately thought it was appropriate to call me a liar and dismiss my claim without a moment's thought. She is, hands down, the worst person I've spoken with in your organization.

I started my journey at this location starting in 2020 out of all the locations ive been at the staff here are the best! Nick always has a great attitude unfortubately i had to transfer to the one in aurora they helped me out today for a few reasons so i thought i give a shoutout to this location😊 …

Open when you say you're going to open. Hours state that this location opens at 4. Change the hours online to reflect the correct operating times so that people from out of town aren't showing up 2 hours early. Thanks!Visited the day after. Asked to tan. Told me booth 2. Waited.....waited...wouldn't come on. She stated she was the manager, she said I should know the difference between a total body tan and a "regular" tan since I was a member. I was in the wrong room. Didn't know there were two rooms labeled 2. Proceeded to get in a LOUD argument with me in front of the guests and I left. I'd advise another manager if she is in fact a manager. Never experienced anything like that. 7:15 AM October 5th.

Clean gym. Friendly and polite staff. Been a while and they have new treadmills since my last visit.

First PF I’ve been to that actually has decent music (EDM mostly) playing at a decent volume. And labels on the weight racks!

Great gym ! Love the set up, all machines are new and working making this my new gym !

Always friendly, helpful and smiling. The gentleman on the AM shift ( hair in cornrolls) ... patient and kind when my son and I visit in the morning. Thanks team!
