Dirty, there are little spiders crawling on the ceiling. Water fountain has been broken for 2 weeks. Mgmt doesn’t bother to fix. Gym has been left to rot.

Usually one of my favorite Planet Fitnesses. Staff is super friendly, and the facility is usually clean. I just wish they were back to 24/7.

Really needed a win today and Josh provided that for me! Visited after a very stressful day at work and Josh at the front desk was upbeat and helpful in answering questions. Please give this employee the props he deserves!

Once again disappointed in the lack of social distancing. Plenty of open treadmills and of course two people come right next to me. Literally, there are rows of open treadmills and I get a runner right next to me is open mouth breathing. Im okay with no masks but they should do better at making sure people are doing more social distancing.

Way too many cardio machines that are never in use. Meanwhile the weight lifting equipment always has a huge line. Only gym membership I've ever had where I'd rather stay home and do bodyweight workouts. Have to send a letter or go in person to cancel which is inconvenient.

Love this gym. Never had any problems here. They have tanning, massage tables, showers and much more. Staff is friendly.

I used to love this place, I've been going for 2 years and lost 70 lbs this last year, unfortunately I cancelled my membership today.. why? Many Employees DO NOT wear masks. There's a mandate for a reason right now as covid is high again and seeing so many people carless of others health just crushed me. Apart from that they do not whatsoever ask customers to wear masks. I felt sad parting ways with PF. So much progress... Whatever I guess. Maybe one day again. Very disappointed as I saw certain employees trying but how can they try when most other employees aren't following the rules?

I’m a brand new member, this was my 1st time there and my experience was terrible.When I arrived I scanned my pass for a hydro massage for after my workout.I went up to the front desk to ask if a bed was ready, they replied you are not signed up I replied that I was, so they added me on the list (even though I was already on the list) I went to workout some more and came back at my assigned time and again they stated I wasn’t signed up in which I replied that they had added me on, the guy continued to argue with me that was not in the list, he put me back on 3rd time so I went to do the massage chair and wait on a bed. After the chair I found an empty bed but It didn’t work, went back to the desk and was told we only have 2 working beds and you need to sign up 😡 one of the workers was very rude to me and very disrespectful I asked his name and he said Daniel when I left I called the manager who then told me they didn’t have a Daniel that worked there 😡😡😡😡 I described him and the manager Dar said he would take care of the situation. I will choose a different location

They intentionally making cancelling your membership as difficult as possible so they can charge you while they wait for mail to come in. In today's day and age you have to write a snail mail letter to cancel if you can't make it in. I went to cancel in person but even though you've paid for the month, they wont allow you in after cancelation if it comes prior to the monthly renewal.When I called to get information the kid up front hung up on me.Truly a joke. find any other gym.

The staff is always present and willing to help. There is a variety of machines available along with separate rooms for stretching and quick workouts. I wish there were some free weight squat racks.
