So the only reason they get two star's is for the fast their club is clean. Other then that their customer service sucks along with their management is rude. This is the second time I have had a member ship with them and you think I would have learned from the first time. But this time they have charged my checking account several time for the yearly fee but also the member ship as well. And all I get from them is there is nothing we can do about it. I'm done with this place...i suggest that you keep an eye on your checking account to make sure they dont do the same thing to you.

Wasted a year's worth of $$$ on this place. When I went to cancel my membership, they'd already billed me $40 for the following year and I'm no longer a member. I missed the deadline and now they REFUSE to credit me the $$$. sucks. I tried to cancel before the deadline but didn't realize it was it would be removed from my account before July 1. Just another business with another way to screw over the customer. Not surprised.

The gym itself is pretty nice and the price is great. I knocked it down two stars due to the hassle of cancelling the membership you have to do it in person or send a letter because "they need it on file." I can cancel a credit card by phone or online but not my gym membership lol.

Worst gym. Only caters to casual gym goers. Machinery is all repetitive. No free weight squat rack, which is a joke. Can’t take this place seriously, there are better gyms in the av. Staff keeps the place clean.

Love coming to this gym! Has a great layout, it's always clean and the staff are always friendly, no matter what time it is. There's also enough equipment and space.

heavy. A non judgment place...you can see people like me (beginner and out of shape) to the ones that are fit and most of them are friendly...you know some of them walk around like "hey look at me I'm fit" but just a few cause many started at the bottom and will help you to understand the machine. And the staff are friendly too. They get a strong 5 ☆!

This gym is small but tbh it's better than 24 hour fitness , they have massage chairs , and tanning booth and another booth that's kinda like a personal sauna for 1 . They have a section where the workout is a circuit and on the wall there's a timer that tells you when to move on to the next machine it's pretty cool and it's really clean .

Cheap. Local. No lines for machines. You can always bring a guest for free!! Very clean dressing room and bathrooms. Very safe also no one is trying to rob you of your keys or phone should you leave them somewhere. Plenty of shows to occupy that cardio time. Wish the bar code scanner on the machines was more user friendly.

This is the first "big" gym I've gone to; I mostly stick to small gyms because I like the friendlier attitude they seem to have. But this Planet Fitness has hit all the marks for me, while still somehow having the friendly small gym feel. It's always VERY clean (including the bathrooms) and the staff is very cool.
