I was told upfront about all the charges and fees and whatnot. Some reviewers claim that they weren't told. Not in my case. I'm always greeted with a smile, and they always say bye as I leave. Good gym, no complaints other there's no scale and no bench presses. But for $10 you can't expect everything I suppose.

It's a great gym, for a great price. Equipment is new. Staff is very friendly. They stay on top of things and maintain it clean. You have the right equipment you need to stay in shape. People complain they don't have certain equipment to get big and bulk, but hey you can't expect them to have everything. I enjoy it and it's perfect for my needs. No contract. $10 bucks a month! Can't get better than that

Stopped by this location on Sunday, close to midnight. From outside, the gym looks smaller than the one we frequented in Burbank. Machines are new, clean and well maintained. They have fewer machines but not all were occupied, my guess is this gym is not as busy like the one in Burbank (yes, they're pretty packed even close to midnight). Gym has high ceiling and that makes the space feel bigger.Bathroom layout is nice and clean as well, lockers looked fancy, they have trash can in each changing room which is great. Shower stalls have nooks for soaps/shampoos so you don't have to put them on the floor, big plus for me.These are just the minor differences that I see compared to my home gym, other than that, the staff's attitude were upbeat, friendly and courteous, parallel to the one in Burbank - nice and welcoming feeling.Reading the one star reviews from others on this gym is upsetting especially when the fault clearly lies on the consumer. It is your responsibility to fully read and understand before you commit to any contract. If any concept is new or foreign to you, ask the question and have staff explain until you get it. Don't fault the gym if you don't understand their policy.

Let me start by saying I usually go to the Burbank location which is way bigger (at least double the size).After coming here I can definitely say it's one step higher in quality. Lockers are of better quality, showers have shampoo racks (and no see through shower curtains), the layout is pretty good, dedicated cleaning crew and much better cleaning solution for the machines (also, more cleaning stations are available, especially in the Black Card Spa section).There are less machines (but still plenty) and they're all spaced pretty close to each other but all were in working condition.I get the feeling this location is not as busy even though I came around 11pm on a Sunday.Staff is great and very friendly.Overall, a great PF location by my standards.Please don't pay attention to these ignorant reviewers leaving a 1 star review. It's a result of not knowing how to listen/read a contract or read signs. The 2 memberships they have are thoroughly explained on their website too.30 minute workout section doesn't mean you have 30 minutes to work on each machine, you have 30 minutes to do them all (1 minutes each with 1 minute rest in between and 30 seconds to switch).The staff is just doing its job asking people to move on, it's not being rude. You're being rude by sitting on the same machine for 10 minutes interrupting other people's 30 minutes workout.

This gym is great! Staff is always friendly and very helpful. A lot of different equipment to choose from. Great value for the money you can't beat it!!!

I enjoy planet fitness, the price is just right you cant beat it. Very nice staff and trainer. Your not judged on how you look. Just going will help you feel better in the long run. I highly recommened this place.

Paid $20 to start black card membership, 2months later downgraded to the $10 one after paying the monthly fee of $20 and had to repay $20. than 1week later was charged for annual fee of 39 you get what you pay for.your better of with other gyms. ended paying $79 in one month.

I Love This Place ! super friendly staff I made great friends with them no one is in ur business , very clean , and modest! I love the energy in that place! U see a lot of friendly people working out and u can easily get ur workout done with no problems! I recommend this place better than universal , or in-shape!! Might not have a pool or suana , but the total body enhancement , hyrdo chairs , tanning booths and massage chairs are the best!!!!

After years of staying active and working to get fit like many others at any gym I thought the highly affordable options were worth a try. However, my optimism quickly dwindled as I realized I had just entered the most judgmental and constrained gyms I have ever encountered. Besides the initially friendly staff, everyone in this gym is dedicated to scouting out mistakes in gym "etiquette" instead of minding their own business and focusing on their lack of results. Anyway, will never step in here again, I can get a better workout with a simple pull-up bar than in their bullshit 30 minute workout areas.

I signed up on Thursday. The staff i talked to were very friendly and help full. The shift manager was very friendly and understanding, when my debit card keep coming up declined because i have fraud protection on my account my account froze due to the fraud protection of online purchases. He let me pat in cash. Then on Friday i went for the first time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I walked on the treadmill for an hour. I walked 1.53miles and burned 179 calories. I had a wonderful experience there. PF is the first gym i felt comfortable and welcomed at. I will be going again. I already told a lot of people how great of an experience i had. Planet Fitness is the best gym I've been too.
