I went for the first time last week. I'm a big guy and not really familiar with gym equipment. They have a circuit workout station that's a full body work out in 30 minutes. It's pretty self explanatory. having something structured like that in a gym help me out a lot. My arms are sore, my legs are sore but it's the good kind of sore, a sore feeling i'm proud of.There is no pool, or sauna, on frills but it's only $10 a month with a 30 member fee once a year (this club won't charge that until February 2016).I'm really happy Planet Fitness has come to Lancaster.
