Love coming here! This is the first time I have ever belonged to a gym and its been a great experience. Staff is always very professional ( Yo! Michael ). Fellow gym members are easy going and I definitely have never felt judged nor been intimidated. The amenities are the best for me: hydro-massage, red light therapy, tanning - these are seriously amazing benefits for $22. a month. Never had to wait for anything I wanted to use, even during busy times.I cant believe some of the one star / negative reviews here. Everyone is responsible for reading the contract before signing and putting your financial numbers in....c'mon people.Thanks PF for being wonderful you! Never Stop!

This is one of the most cleanness gyms not just planet fitness gyms! I have never seen a man or effort being put in to the up keep of a gym like at this planet fitness. All the weights were racked in order in the correct spot the plates were evenly spread out and not mixed up. Their spray bottles worked and were full with a smell of cleanliness. Every employee there was extremely helpful and polite and. I wish this was my home gym!

The cleanest and friendliest Planet Fitness I think I've been out in a really long time. What is so great about this one is everything is nice and spread out tons of room and all the equipment works you don't see any equipment with an out-of-order sign which is great. I will be coming here a lot.

This place...where should I start, they charged me 2 times for my annual fee, and when I called them, they denied it, then they started charging me with past due fees, even tho they charged me 2 times and a 3rd this month. Don’t go here, they like to steal your money, and deny they ever took it. Now I have to spend time called different planet fitness numbers, and eventually try to get to corporate. I have this place one star because the management SUCKS. Go out on a limb, go with 24 hr fitness where they won’t rob you for hard earned money.

It was busy,most of their machines were occupied,I & my guest have no choice but to use their 30 minutes machines,we just started working out when one of the staff approached me rudely,w/ a loud voice,everybody in the room heard ,she explained to me that the room is only for circuit training,she was concerned of the other member who wanted to use the machine I was using but she forgot that I'm also a member who just started using the machine,it wasn't even 10 minutes,just to kick me out from that machine she called another rude staff to explain to me that the room is only for circuit training,dah..what do they want me to do*to go to their lounge & wait until their machines are vacant?They have no considerations and those 2 staffs were so rude,don't know how to approach customers in a respectful manners!

We were helped by daniel, ge was very profesional amd answered all of oyr questions regarding gym membership. The gym is very clean and offers great value fir your money. They have a water massage table which is amazing!! My wife signed up and is exited to begin her workouts there. Very welcoming atmosphere!😊 …

Good vibe. Staff gets distracted with each other,and forgets to do their jobs. Turning on the tanning beds excetera.. have tried to make an appointment with trainer but after 3 cancellations from them kinda gave up. Other then that . ... .

Wow....be careful with Planet Fitness - Lancaster, CA! They tout themselves as no commitment but then don't tell you when you decide to upgrade to the Black card (after being sold on all these great benefits), that you've now entered into a 12 month commitment and it's $58 to cancel! The manager's answer (who couldn't be bothered to come up to the counter and speak with me but sent the message through the rep) was, well it's in the contract when we sent you the email.....congratulations on your sneaky tactics and slimy business ethics.... #planetfitness #beware

The staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is positive. They have very affordable memberships. It's clean. There is something for everyone here. On the downside, it gets super crowded in the evenings.

Despite how small it is, I really like this gym. I like how clean it is, I like the friendly staff, and I like how there's almost no judgement. I mean any establishment can say they're "judgement free" but you can't control what everyone does. I've been blatantly stared at, there are a ton of gym douches who hog the strength training machines, I've been bullied out of handing over a stupid weight extension, and I've had to deal with these people who think it's ok to spend 10 min on the circuit machines.Guys, when you sign up they tell you that the circuit machines are timed and in order, if you can't follow the rules then it's on you and you just make yourself look like an idiot. Same with the people who complain that they were charged an annual fee and a cancellation fee for black card membership. They tell you about every single fee when you sign up. Just because you weren't paying attention, or because you signed up online thinking it was only ever going to be $10, then it's on you and not the establishment. Learn to read the fine print.And be forewarned that since this gym is such a good deal and they have little to no rules on how long you can work on a machine, then a lot of people are going to come here, people that can be judgemental douches. You just have to learn how to brush it off and channel your annoyed feelings into working out. I pop on my headphones, drown everyone out, and get to work. Overall if you're a beginner and/or a student on a budget like me, then this gym will be a great option for you.
