I had the pleasure of training with Jacob Maddox at my gym, and I must say he is an exceptional trainer. Jacob strikes a perfect balance between being caring and pushy, ensuring that each session is maximized to its full potential. His caring nature shines through in his personalized approach to training. From day one, Jacob took the time to understand my fitness goals, strengths, and limitations. He tailored each workout to suit my needs, making sure that I was comfortable while still challenging me to push beyond my limits. His attention to detail and genuine concern for my well-being set him apart as a trainer who truly cares about his clients' success. At the same time, Jacob's pushy nature is what helped me achieve results I never thought possible. He has a knack for pushing me just the right amount, motivating me to give that extra effort and break through barriers. Whether it was increasing the intensity of a workout or encouraging me to try new exercises, Jacob's drive to see me progress was infectious. Moreover, Jacob's knowledge and expertise in various training techniques were evident throughout our sessions. He consistently provided clear instructions, offered valuable insights, and corrected my form to ensure I was performing exercises safely and effectively. His ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and relatable manner made the training experience enjoyable and educational. In summary, Jacob Maddox is an outstanding trainer who genuinely cares about his clients' well-being while also pushing them to reach their full potential. If you're looking for someone who combines empathy, dedication, and expertise, Jacob is the perfect choice. I am grateful for his guidance and can confidently say that my fitness journey has been transformed under his guidance.

Gym is ok. Has a lot of unnecessary equipment. Needs more barbell space. Does not have a 35 lb barbell for smaller people. The music is horrific. Don't forget your headphones!

A great gym! Can get pretty crowded however at times and the sauna is down the last time I went but still a decent gym! One last thing... it seems as if the employees can be a bit apathetic at times and honestly a couple times I probably could have just walked by without even having to scan in! Hopefully they get more alert as time goes on though.

This place is a joke!! Overly crowded, teenager and influencer vibe type gym, no variety. The weight floor every station is taken by a huge muscle guy or fit girl.....Makes you feel like you dont belong. And all they care about is sales. I signed up for monthly membership due to they offered group classes. Once signed up they then decide to tell me they only offer a video on the screen that you watch. Group classes would start soon but you pay an extra $15 a class. I strickly explained what I enjoy and what has worked for me in the past for fitness and weightloss. All, Allie the manager wanted me to do was sign a contract for 1:1 training like 2x a week and they barely show you stuff then leave you on your own to do the workouts. NOTE: It would cost the same for unlimited classes at Orangetheory!!!!I explained to her I would think about it, she immediately got an attitude, made me feel like I wasnt serious about my goals , and she no longer had interest in me all because I wouldnt sign a ridiculously crazy contract. Based on other reviews im so glad i didnt cause they charge a surprising cancelation fee like WOW!!! FYI they charge you like a 56$ annual fee 2 months after u sign up.Canceled my membership and Im at OrangeTheory now and so much happier!!!

Was nice at first. Then it was weird. The place is smaller and the staff isn’t very helpful. I wasn’t informed properly during my intro meeting no was i given the right information on how to enter the gym during unstaffed hours. When i called for help i was told to come inside. Once inside I was told that i just needed to download an app. What would have been cool is if the person on the phone trouble shooted first. I called the tyrone location first and the guy on the phone was much nicer and tried to help. i thought i needed to call the orgional location so thats what i did. The only reason I am upset by this experience is because when I started going to the Tyrone location I had a completely different experience the manager redid my intro meeting and also did an intro work out with me and showed me around the gym so I knew where everything was. when I started at the Pinellas park I didn’t know where anything was and I was a beginner. That’s kind of scary, when I go to the Tyrone location, the people are nice, and they are courteous and i dont feel anxious. The front desk people are smiling.

It's ridiculous, I pay for a VIP membership and today they prohibited me from using the area where the free parallel was located because they were giving classes. My question is, why do I pay for a VIP membership if today I couldn't complete my exercise routine?

This has been a life changing gym for me. I know and like all of the trainers! They push me beyond my comfort zone and have changed my outlook on working out and being fit. I have never felt so great about my strength and wellness.

This place is insanely crowded almost all the time very hard to get on any equipment the only good part I've seen about it as it's 24 hours for whatever reason the high school kids seem to come in gangs

Great gym. The equipment and staff are always available to satisfy your workout experience.

This is a fraudulent enterprise. They lie to you about training packages and then change the contract after you have agreed to them. They will fraudulently charge your card with out permission. DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM.
