Awesome gym & friendly employees! This place is always clean or I always see someone cleaning. Great variety of machines, outside workout area, and a sauna. I had not been part of a traditional gym in a while and they all made me feel comfortable joining and my personal trainer makes sure I put that work in and crush my goals!

I’ll start off with good stuff first, I like this gym! I’ve cancelled another gym to come here instead. Most machines are good quality. I’ve had a couple I’ve struggled with because the knob won’t lock in. (Leg extension machine) Staff is friendly. Thought sauna was available 24/7 but actually off during unstaffed hours. Machines are clean but the floor underneath machines (elliptical machine) are a little dirty.Update: I’ve signed up for personal training with Jackie for entire year, second week in and I’m happy to workout with her guidance. 10/10 recommend if you need help with fitness accountability & learning new exercises.

I like the lighting, and there seems to be a lot of people that are taking their workouts serious not just posting how cute they look on social media. And the staff is pretty helpful. I'm not really fond of the Saint Petersburg location because they don't have the VIP in a couple other amenities that the largo one does

Signed up for this gym as soon as I moved to the area, and have had an amazing experience through and through. Allie and Jacob specifically (for me) have been incredible from training, to making you want to go lift weights as soon as your off the clock. Great gym, always updating improving, and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a new gym!

Out of all gyms I have visited in the area, I would say this place is on the far lower end. For what you pay you can get a lot better equipment at other gyms for similar pricing. Lockers rooms are a joke, first visit I had ants coming out of the shower head, the shower head is partly coming off the wall, showers are never clean, hair everywhere and nasty gunk on the floors. Half of the lockers are broken and don't lock.I would recommend other gyms in the area for similar pricing but better quality.

This is definitely a good gym for what you get and try and the price. Lots of equipment and tons of staff during staffed hours to help with whatever you need. Very clean, they are always cleaning. Would have stayed if I wasn’t moving.

I’ve been going to this gym for years, before it was Amped, and this is the best it has ever been! They actually take care of issues - like the door lock wasn’t working great for 24 hour access, and they found a better option that works. Every now and then a machine or the sauna is down for a little while, but they do get to it and have everything fixed. They’re also constantly building new locations so I feel like if I’m traveling around the state I can relatively easily find one to go to.

Love the staff and dedication to quality here. They make sure you feel welcome and confident! Jacqui is my trainer and I couldn't be happier with the support she's given me. Been going for almost a year now and I can't recommend her enough. You're awesome Jacqui! Also the gym itself is always kept super clean and while it gets packed during rush hour, I've never had to sit and wait for equipment. Everything about this place screams quality! Keep up the hard work guys 💪
