Crunch Fitness - Seminole

Went in to cancel my membership on July 14, 2021 was greeted by a lovely young woman who proceeded to ask why and found my information with no issues. Was told I was within the 2 week cancellation period so my memberships would be terminated on July 31, 2021! Fantastic news as I had not used the gym the entire year first for medical reason and then because I loved locations at work and just was lazy about it. I can admit that. So they had made my membership from March til August of 26.70 per month totalling 160.20! Totally my fault. So as the first representative was finalizing my cancellation a mnother young woman comes up and proceeded to advice I needed to give a 30 day notice so my membership would terminate August 30, 2021! I do not bother to argue as I’ve already spent enough time here and the woman is just doing her job. However the two argued about it for a few minutes until the first woman gave in. As the second lady is finally finalizing my cancellation she tells me the first woman was a rep from corporate… excuse me?!?!? Shouldn’t a rep from corporate know your own procedures? While member ship for the last month is only 26.70$ I find it disgusting that there was 1. Misinformation given 2. The fact that I had to stand there longer while the second woman processed the cancellation! While the gym is clean and well lit! Be safe here. Make sure you give them ample time to cancel your membership as obviously they need 26.70 more than anyone else. How sad! Best of luck crunch Seminole seems to me you have some lack of communication you need to address.

I went to cancel my membership due to over crowding. I was told that I would not be changed another membership fee because the person would document it. Today, I was charged a membership fee. When I called the gym, I spoke with Mike and was told that I was being charged due to less than 30 day notification. And they would not refund my money. I know that the $26 may not be much to people, but to me it’s a lot as I’m trying to help my mother with cancer anyway I can. Bad form all the way around. I will be telling everyone I know that is considering Crunch, do not do it!! They do not honor their word.

The best place to go, bar none! Clean, big, very accommodating, and the staff is excellent! Personal trainer Garon goes above and beyond! The progress my family members and I are having under his direction are outstanding :) The manger Jesus as well as Charles are excellent guys. Always very professional and friendly. Pricing is affordable and they seem to always be having great deals going on. In fact, I seen & heard that a big special on personal training sessions is going on next week(the last week of March, first days of April) so seems like the perfect time to get in if you haven’t.You won’t regret it :)

I already have a gym membership for UFC and was not planning to change gyms. I went inside crunch not planning to join immediately but when Mike Clark gave me a tour around the whole gym giving me all the perks and details of the membership with all access i was already starting to change my mind. Mike was very patient with all my questions and broke down everything on my payment plans and what i would get with the plan. Found it to be a good price with the promotion they were having. Got a free t shirt my gym tag and the process was quick and easy under 5 minutes. I’m a very impatient person so if it wasn’t for mike honestly probably wouldn’t have signed up today.

I just want to take a second for a HUGE THANK YOU & recommendation to ASHLEY at crunch in Seminole. Almost a year ago I signed up for crunch then after a month moved back to Nashville. I tried to cancel my membership over the phone after I moved, offered to pay the 2 months (60 days) notice up front and any cancellation fee that I might occur by doing so. They said I had to come in person or send some notarized letter over. I work over 70+ hours a week I don’t have time for that, what little time I do have I’m not doing that for a gym. So I canceled my card, a few months past and they started blowing me up for non payment, so I answered and I said I’ll pay all past due and cancelation fees all at once if you just let me cancel over the phone. Now think about that who in their right mind would do that for someone else to cancel their membership without them knowing. It’s clearly me.... They said no, so I blocked them. Months go by and I get that fake before collections forgiveness thing. Luckily I got Ashley when I called in who more than understood the situation told me to re sign up wait 3 months and call her to cancel. So I did she wasn’t even working but noted my account so when I called in just now and got someone different they knew what to do. Thank you Ashley for being the light at the end of what seemed to be a endless tunnel.

Due to the nature of my work, I'm never able to train at the same location, but I love it when I'm able to workout here. One of the main qualities I love about this location, is that the employees come across as highly motivated and engage with everyone that walks through the door. It's never too crowded that you're waiting in line for specific equipment. Be sure to check out Fit Stop when you're done for some excellent post-workout nutrition!

Great gym. Two floors of great equipment, it has everything you need to be successful. Excellent variety of classes with passionate instructors that are always helpful and friendly. They have personal trainers if you need one, water massage and tanning beds, changing rooms. Mostly new equipment, including cable/resistance machines. Great vibe and music in the gym at all times. They have vendors come in time to time, which is great as well. Membership gives you some discounts with local businesses. We really love the gym.

Just got my membership today. Super friendly staff and Travis did a good job explaining all my options without being too pushy. I ended up getting the $25/month plan and hope I can utilize all the classes they have available! The gym looks super clean and has tons of equipment. It also happened to be their Christmas in July party so... Had to take a photo 😂🎅🌴

The employees who work here had told me for my 90 day contract it'd be roughly $20 a month yet every month me and other members who also signed up are billed $80 a month and they refuse to offer and try and blame us for being late yet it automated billing. With so many options of gyms its a shame i came here and i highly recommend anyone else to avoid this place.

8 months ago I tried to check this place out but the sales staff made it impossible. I checked it out again before Christmas because my son was dying to go here and the difference was amazing. The front desk staff were beyond helpful and made it easy for me to sign my son up for a membership as a Christmas gift. They even gave me a bunch of Crunch merchandise to wrap up and put under the Christmas tree. The gym is the best one I've been to in Florida. New equipment, super clean locker room, and multiple heavy bags and TRX suspension harnesses make for a much better workout than you can get at any gym around here even if you pay double. They open promptly at 5am Monday thru Friday so there's time to workout before work or school. They're awesome!
