I've been a member of many gyms and this is one of the best. Excellent value for money, great staff, clean functioning equipment, and good gym energy. Keep up the good work.

Marcella and Alicia are THE BEST!The classes they host are my favorite part of my day. Marcella goes out of her way to make sure you are working out to the best of your ability, and Alicia makes sure to keep everyone engaged and pushing hard. I can say from my own experience that taking crunch classes like "Band-Camp", "21-in-21" and "Absolution" have me feeling stronger each week. These ladies deserve a raise!

Extremely and very bad communication. The staff are extremely rude over there. They throw people's stuff in the trash without asking. They also charge your account without your authorization. Everyone better not to go to this gym. It is the worst gym.

The staff there are extremely unprofessional. Their policies also do not make any sense. They only care about taking money from you. The guys who clean up throw your stuff in the trash without asking if they to whom they belong to and they do not hand them to someone at the front desk. VERY BAD GYM

Personal trainer Garon is a good dude and I’m really seeing progress from his knowledge and help. Really like other staff members too! Just a friendly and clean place to go and shape up. Plenty of room, tons of equipment, and just really have whatever someone would need for a good workout.

This gym has been charging me for months after. I stopped going, and canceled my membership. My credit is being affected by this as well. I've tried to resolve this with them, but they wont let me unless I sign another contract, or as they say "gym membership" be careful with this establishment, I recommend you work out elsewhere.

The gym itself is fine. The employees are a different story. One guy lied to my face about a “promotion” for a free upgrade until the end of the month and then downgrade at no cost. Those were his exact words. BOTH were lies. Not only did I have to pay $20 to down grade to my original plan, but they kept me at the highest plan for another 1 month. Noticing it on my bank app, I called them to fix the issue and get some sort of credit or reimbursement for the money that I shouldn’t have paid. I’ve now called them 4 separate times over the course of a month with the promise from the person on the phone that a manager will get back to me, but none has. And they made it seem like I was the one at fault for misunderstanding the promotion. Whoever runs this place needs to get their managers in line.

My trainer is my best reason. Also the older lady that cleans the gym. I wish I could give it 5 star . However it's not perfect a goal everyone strives for. I wish they didn't do away with the mats. It is quite crowded . People are not allowing much space between one another at time. I believe that's happening everywhere not just here. I do think front desk should pay closer attention to the people arriving. Some people simply don't follow the rules. Skip checking in,temp and mask. While staff seem emerged in conversation with one another or looking elsewhere. 🤔

Looks like a nice and inexpensive gym. However, lying to the customer is not ok. I love the fit stop right next to the gym and I entered myself to win a "free month of training" at Crunch Fitness. They call me saying I won. When I show up a very nice guy gives me a tour of the facilities and then explains what I have "won". First he tells me it's only one week of free training I get. When I complain and he makes a few calls, he says I can have the "free month". When I try to pay cash he says he has to put my credit card for "this first time". Then I figure out that a week from now they will charge for the next month and I can't get out of the recurring payments unless I pay for three months of membership. So basically I have not won a free trial month (which is what is expected based on the information provided), but they will give me a 30% discount on a three month membership. It is actually a good deal because it's $53 for three months. If they had told me this plain and simple, I would probably had agreed to the deal. But I do not appreciate false information or tricky business. I will probably not return. Edited 8/10/2021: I happened to scroll down reviews and found out it is frequent (if not a law) to keep charging the customer after he/she decides to cancel the membership. Looks like I dodged a bullet!!! Phew. Look out for this place!

For the last 2 months my wife has been trying to cancel her trainer membership. We have have text messages showing she wants it cancelled. I’ve been up there twice and both time have been told different things. When she goes up there the trainers are not there and nobody can help her cancel the membership. 1 month ago Charles said after her last payment, he would put a note in so we don’t get charged anymore, that was a lie. Jesus told me he could email the form to her and she could email it back, nobody has ever mentioned that until today. Definitely not mad at these guys, I work sales and know how retention works but don’t loose members over something stupid.
