Mike and Raquel sold a complete different plan from what they have told me, I got the basic one and they told me I had access to all gyms, also it’s been 2 months and I have not gone because they can’t add me to their system yet I’m still paying

The Lake mead location is not too clean, smells terrible, front desk stuff is pretty rude, they look like they hate the job, specially this guy called Larry, he’s extremely rude. Terrible experience for myself and lots of people I know. Seems like just don’t care about the customers.

Nice place to work out. Sometimes a little too busy. But its okay, we still make things happen.

By far the the worst gym experience. Dirty and bad odor showers and restrooms. 25 percent of equipment is non workable with no label indicating it’s broken because there would be many signs up. Management are out of sight and apparently take lunch breaks for several hours (sounds like they want to avoid you). And lastly Team members looking high as a kite.

I called Lake Mead location for an ongoing account issue, and the customer service or rep. at the desk that answered the phone was extremely rude to an extend that she kept hanging up on me eleven times. l wanted to take down her name to contact their corporate office and apparently no one seems to know the numberIt's obvious that EOS need to retrain some of of their stuff members. Anyway, am still waiting for an email from the stuff member that was supposedly helping resolve the issue that l was calling for. It's been exactly a week . (PATIENTLY WAITING)

I usually love EOS gyms but this one really needs a makeover. As soon as you guys modernize this gym I will definitely be joining, as I live right around the corner.

This location has the sauna in the locker rooms so if you’re not into coed sauna, you’ll like it here

Had an issue with the personal training program, took a bit of work but a manager, Shaun, took the matter seriously and helped me out after I wasn’t happy. I appreciate the extra help he put in to resolve the issue.

At this specific establishment, I have consistently found myself in need of towels, only to be met with smirks and unclean looks from the staff when I inquire about when they will be available. Without fail, their daily response is that they have run out for the day or that they have not yet received a delivery of towels. On the evening of July 13th, 2021, at 7:34 pm, I was met with extreme rudeness from a front desk representative who appeared to be preoccupied with non-work-related tasks. This representative, who was of mixed racial or African-American descent, lacked the necessary customer service skills and offered no friendliness or assistance whatsoever. This unfortunate experience is indicative of the establishment's tendency to employ individuals who are not competent in providing quality customer service and who exhibit biases and disrespect towards clients.

Not a huge fan of big gyms but I enjoy the atmosphere here. It can be a little annoying trying to compete for machines but if your like me and wear headphones you can tune out everyone and walk around find a machine or some free weights to work out with. I enjoy the app and the workouts on the app as well!
