Not a huge fan of big gyms but I enjoy the atmosphere here. It can be a little annoying trying to compete for machines but if your like me and wear headphones you can tune out everyone and walk around find a machine or some free weights to work out with. I enjoy the app and the workouts on the app as well!

Restrooms always dirty and wvertime I be nosey cuz I get bored they come and make a deal out of it like when I lefylt lockers open they come slamming them all a guy and a female worker... so I just said aight won't get involved for asking for a job...

Horrible customer service. Did not honor 7-day pass, very much rude, from me and my friend. No common sense wants me to pay $20 for one day and I don’t even know what they have?!? Was going to sign-up but did not even let me see the facility even with my pass… so disappointing, idk why they put people like the bald guy in the front desk…

Horrible experience!I was convinced to sign up for the Personal Training sessions. Scott Bestler a manager was whom assisted me in doing so. Upon meeting with the Personal Trainer Robert Holland, I didn’t feel comfortable on top of that he kept taking his phone out and not paying attention to the actual session. Because of this I decided not to continue with these services.Per the contract, once signed you can cancel these PT sessions by emailing their customer service email before the end of the 3rd business day which I did! The customer service deferred me back to the gym. I met with Scott and explained the cancellation in which he said he was “going to take care of it”.To date almost a month later nothing has been taken care of and my card continues to be charged despite the numerous request, emails and calls to get this resolved.This is ridiculous, EOS owes me a reimbursement and seems nothing is being done to get this resolved nor is EOS meeting their verbiage on their own contact.

LARRRY NEEDS A RAISE!!!! ABSOLUTELY LOVE LARRY!I seriously adore this gym, and MOST of their staff!When I walked in and scanned my account on Sunday, they told me I didn't pay my membership but I had just canceled my card due to thief and needing to get a new card on file. The women up front told me that I needed to pay it right then and there and was charged a late fee! A one day LATE FEE?!?!? I didn't have the new card because we just ordered it Friday and canceled the original card on Friday as well! . I have been a member here for years and felt that it was completely unfair that I was charged a late fee when I have never ever been late on a payment! But I still needed to gym and decided to pay the fee and call back when I could speak with another supervisor!Then Larry saved the day! Larry was extremely Kind and courteous and explained to us that we have had good history with them and that we really shouldn't have been charged. Larry went above and beyond for us to make this right and was so patient. He even helped us update our account with the new card that we just received today!We truly appreciate how friendly he is and seriously you have yourself a gem! We need more people with his work ethics and kindness! Thank you EOS and thank you Larry !!!

My mother is caught in a fiasco with this gym. She didn't quite understand what she signed up for when she purchased a membership, and when she tried to cancel it, she was misled and lied to in regards to the procedure of how to cancel it. She contacted billing, and they told her to go into the gym itself and cancel in person. She went in person and was told by "JD" that the membership was cancelled and she didn't have anything else to be concerned about. Even though this conversation happened, she continued to be billed because turns out, the membership was not cancelled.. just put on "hold". They put it on hold so they could continue to charge her unbeknownst to her. Now this account has gone to collections because of the past due balance that she should not be responsible for if the membership was cancelled to begin with. If you are reading this, I'd like you to draw a conclusion from what you have read so far.This place is dishonest and will find a way to make it difficult for you to protect your credit when it comes to the point when you want an outcome different from them.There are many gyms. Do not pick this gym that has decided to take advantage of my mother. Please.

I really wish this gym would have the features of some of the other gyms like the instructor having a raised platform in the group class area. Sometimes it’s hard to see then in you’re in the back and can’t tell what to do next.

I visited in December as a guest. They have a variety of equipment. Cleaning stations available. Drinks for sale. Parking is bad though and lots of traffic. It’s based in a busy shopping center/plaza.
