Pictures are deceiving. Old equipment, overly packed , not so clean . If I have other options I would choose it but since it’s closer to my place I don’t have an option. No pool, no sauna or no one gave me a tour. For a quick workout ( apparently it won’t happy) as a lot of younger crowd always on the machines on their phones lacking basic gym etiquette , it is ok to give it a shot.

Hey!This was my first time with EOS. I signed up for the membership because they offer child care. I am regretting the decision. I have a one year old. I wasn't informed prior to my workout that I had to do a enrollment form and bring immunization records. The enrollment took 20 mins off the workout time and I wasn't able to get a full workout. I don't understand why parent are paying for childcare for small children and they are not fully taken care of. You have to stop your workout and do diaper changes and bottle feedings. Also there was very limited cardio equipment available and even few weight machine. Definitely considering canceling my membership.

Gym does have decent equipment, but that's about it.It is filled with immature and loud teenagers that are always on their phone, hog equipment, treat equipment poorly. There are too many people in the gym to find equipment. It's awful. The staff are nice but won't enforce rules. Will be looking elsewhere for another gym. It's awful.

My 9.99 fee per month is now $25. I chose upgrades to open all the facilities classes and to be able to invite a friend to join me. Works for me

They only have 2 water fountains/ refill stations and both are always broken more like constantly at the same time. Makes it hard to workout when you have no access to water and I don’t want to buy a water from here because it’s fairly priced a bit high.

Racquel is phenomenal, very nice. But if you don’t have a Nevada driver license don’t waste your time.I’m a Las Vegas resident, I just moved from California. I’m looking for a gym for the daily bases and saw the 7 day trial on their website. It just works if you have a Nevada drivers license, if you don’t, you have to do the membership.Yes, sure, you can cancel it. But who wants to do all of this to just try a gym out? You really need to trust your product Mister Owner! They lost a possible very loyal client!

They will trap you in a contract leading you to think just a BMI test is free. Then charge you every two weeks because you didn’t attend a training session that you didn’t sign up for, which they’ll only send you one reminder about because if you don’t go you’re roped into the contract. Instead of giving you a chance to opt out they just shrug and say “nothing we can do”

I’ve been coming to this gym for a long time, with friends and family. Last week I went in w/ my little brother and we were greeted by a kind lady, while her coworker (Larry) standing next to her did not greet us at all. Upon arriving I informed the female employee assisting me that my brother was my guest and he is in the system but he lost his scan card. Initially she had trouble finding him in the system using his phone number but, she was able to find and verify him using his name. When she was explaining to me that she was having trouble, Larry rudely interrupted the conversation and asked if my brother had ID. My brother just recently turned 16 and w the way the DMV is after the pandemic he has not been able to obtain his ID yet. He was put into the EOS system using his school ID, at the much better managed and friendlier Alta location. He has been to multiple other locations with no problems. So my brother responds that he doesn’t have an ID yet, just his school ID to which Larry barks back at us “you can’t work out” “you can’t workout”! Larry clearly presented himself as already frustrated and/or angry which caught me and my brother off guard completely and appeared to have done the same to his coworkers. Neither of us responded to Larry due to his hostile demeanor. I reassured the kind woman assisting us that my brother is in the system and that he has been to other locations, shortly after she located him in the system and said sorry and we’re good. I walked closer to the desk so that I could visually get the name of the rude employee now known to be Larry, I did not speak a word, I simply approached the desk to get a clear look at his name tag and walked away. While we’re walking away Larry screams “MY NAME IS LARRY BY THE WAY”. We ignored him and my brother and I proceeded to begin out our workout. While preparing to start our workout, we were approached by Larry and Julian the “Manager”. Julian proceeded to tell us that we had to leave, the new reason being because my brother needed to be 18 to be my guest. This confused me because before the reason was that “he didn’t have and ID”, now it’s that “he needs to be 18 to be a guest”. We didn’t argue, we just left and went to another location and successfully got our workout in. My brother and I strongly feel that the actions taken were retaliation acts by Larry and Julian, for me looking at Larry‘s name tag which is ridiculous and not a good way to conduct business or service customers. Before leaving I asked Julian who the manager was and he responded “me” while proceeding to laugh in my face. I believe we were discriminated against based on our appearance because we were 100% kind, we didn’t do or say anything rude at all we just wanted to workout. But for some reason we were treated like garbage here, this negatively impacted my little brothers perspective of people. For others reading, I recommend going to EOS on Alta or on Craig for a great customer service experience and a kind atmosphere!DISCLAIMER: I am his legal guardian.

I left my cellphone at Eos Fitness where I see my trainer and JB helped me find my phone and I found my phone and no one took my phone. I go to my training at Lake Mead/Buffalo and no one doesn't take anything from anyone. Safe place for trusting people. The staff is very caring and they are a blessing. I thank God for having the people take care of others and being supportive. Thank you all for taking care of me.
