Decent, not great. They keep it clean and a decent temperature. Doesn't have an overabundance of muscleheads and it's definitely not a meat market scene. The turnover on front desk staff is like the grill at In and Out. There is occasional lack of manners on the part of some patrons using a machine that you're on without asking permission first, but this may simply reflect an overall coarsening of etiquette in our society.

This EOS Fitness will continue to charge your card on file after cancellation. BEWARE.I canceled my membership in February 2022. Thereafter, EOS fitness continued to charge my card every month without my realizing it. When I noticed the charges in October 2022, I went in again, and was told that the front desk person noted the file that I wanted to cancel my membership, but never processed the cancellation I spoke to the front desk person and the manager who confirmed October 2022 was my last charge and who apologized for the inconvenience.I have now just (again) been charged in November 2022. Apparently canceling this membership twice was not enough. This location does not accept cancelation in writing and must be done by coming into a visiting the store. This location is scamming consumers by not processing cancellations and continuing to charge their cards.BEWARE.

There are a few things I’d like to cover to contribute to the growth and success of this business. The following is a scale 1-10Cleanliness is an absolute- 10Professionalism/ knowledge of staff- 8Friendliness of staff and customers- 10Stock/ options/ snacks and drinks- 7Equipment- 8Equipment maintenance- 4Sauna- 8Showers/ locker room/ restrooms- 9Water dispenser- 8Available “accessory equipment”Jump ropes, resistance bands, straps etc. -4Turf area- 7Group fitness- 8Children's area-8This is a very convenient location and I am grateful for the ability to have such an outstanding facility readily available for my use. This facility has never disappointed me with the cleanliness, nor have I had any discrepancies with the staff.I have noticed some things around the instillation that I’d like to address; On many occasions over the last year I’ve mentioned to the staff as well as others that the Olympic rubber plates rack has been completely dismantle. The response I’ve had over the last year has been “there’s a funding issue”. I’ve also noticed a few machines have not only gone down due to faulty cables but also severe cracks within weld points; I’m grateful these pieces of equipment have been addressed for safety reasons. Though it had been addressed doesn’t mean that they have been attended to with maintenance. To further an example there was a machine that was removed and never replaced that was an essential piece of equipment that made this facility complete. I’ll attach pictures of everything I’ve annotated today 11/09/2022.In continuation, the sauna could use some love from a pressure washer. The wood is stained black in majority of the seating, which is caused from the consistent absorption of sweat. When it comes to the water dispensers, I’m happy to see that this business is helping the environment. There have been times where I’ve come in and see the warning lights of the water filters go from amber to red and were not addresses for an entire month.I gave the “accessory equipment” a low score because there isn’t a pictured list of available equipment, let alone a professional way of tracking the checked-out equipment.Overall I enjoy this facility but would like to see some improvements.

My home gym. Here I do vinyasa yoga with Michelle. She is a lively instructor. I like her phrase “leave your ego out of your workout 🏋️‍♀️ “. It’s a very good practice to have. Having an ego can mess up anything you do. My body was really worked out with her. Her class is diverse age wise. …

Sadly this location does not have a swimming pool. But they have loads of equipment for a good workout. Plus fitness classes and a kids room!

They really cleaned the place up and lockerrooms and bathroom stalls are clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Equipment is clean and if a station is broken it doesn't stay that way for long. Great gym.

Free weights and clean, so much red tape 50 dollars to transfer gyms 70 yearly added on top of your membership if you have the back or blue membership it's 50 to upgrade or downgrade can't bring people under 18 into the gym without parents so if you have teen they can't workout with there friends. The have a kids area that doesn't even look after your kids very well. There are many problems with the gyms is run and the company policy.
