When you click on "Try a class" online, beware. They'll call and call and call you to get you to try a class for free. Literally would call every day until I had time to try a class. After my free trial class they sat me down to review their plans and were typical sales people. You're nervous, it's pricy, you feel rushed... Once I joined they hype you up for each class and high five you and then when life happens and you stop going, you don't hear a peep from them, but the money still gets taken out of your account. Of course right? When you decide it's no longer for you, Good luck breaking a contract with them. The receptionist has no idea what they're doing. They suck at communicating and getting back to you. No direct answers. No updates. "Coach" Ashley called me 3 weeks later to say she never received an email, when the receptionist Edwin never gave me HER email. He gave me the generic email..she reassured me I wouldn't be charged 8/1 and we were all set. Sure enough, I wake up and was charged a FULL MONTHLY payment. Even though I cancelled in advance and Edwin as her both said I was good to go. I call her on 8/1 and she says that it's all in the documents- which I never seen it was a full months payment $169- to cancel. Gotta love gyms...

I love OTF! I’ve been going to the Spring Valley location (and occasionally the Mountain’s Edge location) for almost a year now. I am in the military and this definitely helps with the fitness test I am required to take twice a year. My run has improved, as well as my cardiovascular health, and the classes and coaches are just so much fun! I look forward to each and every class. They have a member for life! 🧡

I just came to this location to get first free class and had to leave because they were forcing me to give my credit card so they can put it on file. I explained that I don't feel comfortable giving my card because it's a free class and I am not sure if I will continue and sign up for membership. I wasn't comfortable leaving my card info because someone tried to hack me recently. Manager at the front desk ignored my concerns and basically it sounded like an ultimatum if I won't give my card then I won't be able to attend the class. Before the class I sign a waiver and I asked her to shred my info. She rolled her eyes at me.Honestly, I don't think it's even legal to take a card on file if it's free class and why do you need my file if I don't even know if I will get membership.Definitely, hard pass on it. Also, want to mention that I was getting so many phone calls from them it felt like they stalking me.Unpleasant experience.

I’m hooked! The music is great, the coaches are so upbeat and motivating. I love the pace of the classes, I don’t get bored for a single minute during the hour. This class is exactly what I needed to push myself to the next level because I felt like I had hit a plateau for a while. I can’t even pick a favorite coach, so far I’ve worked out with Ashley, Kristen, Chi and Tommy and they are all amazing!!!

The workouts gives me a lot of energy and the way the trainers encourage you just makes you want to work a lot harder. I love the energy and how outgoing everyone is. The staff is just amazing and funny. Love coming here and will continue to come.

I attended the Sunday workout service with Pastor Chia (: at the helm. Chia's kind and helpful demeanor, and excellent music choice made for an epic Lift45 followed by a 2G. I felt very welcome as a visitor from Colorado.

The class was very fun and motivational. It’s way better than just going to a gym. I really don’t like the gym but this is more of a group fitness class. They play music and coach you along the way. Every staff member there is soooo nice!! I had fun & felt proud of myself afterwards. I can’t wait to lose weight.
