I used to love the south gym and considered it a hidden gem here in Lawrence. Unfortunately, it has become extremely unreliable when it comes to people opening on time at 5am. The customers who show up to workout at 5am have had to start making calls in order for any employee to finally show up and open the doors which can be anywhere from 5:10am to 5:50am. This puts people in a time crunch, unable to do their entire workout or not able to workout at all. There is a lack in communication and we have been lied to when reaching out while waiting for someone to show up to do their job. With this being an ongoing issue, management doesn't seem to care.The attached picture is from the morof August 24th. It's amazing how many people drove through the parking lot lot or left. What does this tell your potential customers?

Boy, I tell you, I sure do enjoy playing Tennis at the Clinton Parkway Genesis gym. The Tennis professionals there go out of their way to be so kind and work. So diligently at my performance, thank you, Genesis

The manger there Casey is a great guy and very friendly just like the rest of the staff. It is a very respectful gym and a great place to get a workout in. Very clean and organized as well.

I was having trouble with my membership because of a different locations mistakes but Chas and his team made sure I was taken care of. Excellent staff and everything you’d ever want in a gym.

Great gym, lots of nice workers, If your looking for a trainer I highly recommend Keelan Castro ( The others are probably great also).
