I like this gym. Plain, efficient, sufficient machines so that you don't have to wait forever. Love their makeover making it feel much brighter. A basic membership was what I was looking for plus the gym being walking distance it grants me warm-up + after workout.

Probably what can you expect when the monthly fee is only $10. However, the water fountain has been without COLD water for the last 8 months. Now, after they closed the place for 3 weeks one would expect that the water issue that has been requested for long time they would have taken care. It is a shame that management doesn’t care. Corporate are you listening!!! We

Half the machines are still broken!!!!!!! and after the design it seems like they're are less machines than before with more open space?I can't imagine on a busy day when half the machines are broken and less machines (that is when I will cancel my membership).Locker room is still the same and with more broken things in there.Was hoping they read some reviews and fix it but I think after the redesign, they made it worse.

I am a member here, and I will be leaving Boston on September 13th to go to the southern region. I want to cancel my membership before I leave, but the store has been closed all along, and I don't know what to do.

I enjoy going to Planet Fitness. The staff is very friendly and there are more then enough equipment to work on.The only problem I ran into is the 30 minute workout area isn't monitored, and people just sit there on there phones.

One of the worst Planet Fitness centers I've been too. 30 minute workout area has zero circulation. Many Spanish speaking people that talk over you while working out.
