They won’t allow me to cancel my membership even though I called 5 months ago and every time I try to cancel they can not provide me with a cancellation number because they say they will write it in my profile notes but it’s been months and no cancellation!! This has been the worst experience at a gym plus I signed up for their training program hoping to learn and it was a joke no real trainers no one actually helped me so I had to pay $100 for canceling that which I assumed the consequences of trusting a gym but I had enough with the calls I get every day supposedly that I owe them one more month because I need a 30 day notice to cancel WICH I HAVE DONE SEVERAL TIMES NOW!! I had to change my card number and now I don’t want to change my phone number this has truly been frustrating and I don’t know what to do since they never pick up and when they do there’s no help. Avoid this gym they only want to take your money not worth it. ZERO STARS

I paid for a membership for a year and a half and only went a couple times so I canceled my service and the guy says well a charge might show up on your next bill because of a 30 day well I cancel my card and now just had to pay 100 dollars again after I already cancelled this gym membership.more than I waisted for that whole year and a half they didn't help me at all to try to work this thing out at all .I believe in paying for services rendered. Update they just charged me again and a late fee 45 more dollars after cancelling earlier this year and I am still being charged .
