Really nice gym! I love their pool and squat racks. It's nice especially for beginners. Everyone at least that I've interacted with has been so nice. Some days are pretty busy but for the most part I can usually get on the machines I need without having to wait too long.

Been going here for over a year. Equipment is replaced when needed. They have enough equipment to meet the size of the building. It can get crowded but that's because it's a nice gym at a good price. Sauna occasionally goes down but they are quick to get it back up. I'll also add, this is the best EOS in Davis and Weber county.

The equipment is really good, but the cleanliness and maintenance is sometimes a bit off. It's also almost always crowded and busy which can't really be helped, but there are less crowded gyms in the area if that's part of what you are looking for. It's one of the few gyms in the area that is actually 24/7 which is a huge bonus.

We just left the EOS in Roy, Utah. Sami helped us with setting up the EOS app on our phone so we can register for the classes. Every single time I go to the gym Sami makes sure to say hi and is very friendly. She shows exemplary customer service!! Way to hire good people EOS!! 😀 …

Forced 1 star. Had to change my rating, because they refuse to let me cancel my membership, as well as lied to me about billing me when I get paid either December 1st or December 3rd. "Keep in mind it's always the 1st and 3rd. Then they bill me 2 weeks after I sign up, and say I can't use the gym unless I pay them after I already did for the month of November. It isn't $1 to join for the month, they charge $1 to join, then $19.00, then $24.99, then $45.99 all at the same time. So at this point A HOME GYM IS BETTER. So really I blame my cousin Tiffany Handon who is the owner for not firing the worker's, that need to be and that is most at this location.

I was very pleased with the service from this facility! I went in with an enquiry for my membership and Laura was able to help me and fix my problem. She was very kind and understanding and took care of my situation immediately. Definitely recommend to anyone thinking about joining a gym, this is the one!

Staff are nice. 3 stars because 9/10 times I workout more than half of the paper towel dispensers are empty and that's just a little ridiculous when you have plenty of staff sitting around on their phones. Otherwise I enjoy my workouts here.

I have tried different gym brands, and EOS is good but not better than Planet Fitness for example; Planet Fitness is big in hygiene which EOS is lacking big time. Several times I get disgusted with the base of equipments, floor, and often they run out of towels and hand sanitizer.Update: there is a hand sanitizer machine by the tread mills and climbers that has been broken for months. The passivity of the staff is beyond ridiculous.

I NEVER write bad reviews but I just had a ridiculous experience at this location. My friend and I were signing up for a membership and they asked if I wanted personal training. I said I couldn’t afford it and they brought out another salesperson and wouldn’t take no for an answer. They said that they would give me one session for $19 and then I could cancel it if I wanted to. I scheduled it because I thought I’d just cancel after the first session. $19 isn’t bad right? But I had an event come up on the scheduled day, so I said I needed to reschedule (I wasn’t sure what day yet because I work and go to school). Marquis texted me again a few days later and I just told him I wanted to cancel the whole thing. He THEN told me that I only had 3 days to cancel, and I needed to do a buy out option for $150!!! NOT TO MENTION the $88 bi-weekly fee they already charged my account! So ridiculous. I just canceled my membership. They NEVER told me about this 3 day rule. I just can’t believe how much of a bill they’ve run up and it’s only been a little over a week. Guess I’m heading to VASA. Like I said, I don’t write bad reviews. But these aren’t little charges. Make sure you stand your ground if you don’t want personal training! They will charge you for everything.

I can't say enough good things about EoS! I've been coming to this location for a long time, since before it was taking over by EoS, and I am thoroughly impressed by the renovated facility. The machines are of good quality and kept in good condition, plus I've never had to wait for a machine, even during the busier hours. The facility is kept very clean, which is especially nice during a pandemic. I haven't had much interaction with staff, but they seem to be friendly and helpful. If you're debating getting a membership here, do it!
