Gold's Gym Flower Mound

The most expensive equipment I have seen in 15 years of working out. Very clean. Amazing deal at $40. My only complaint is the music is very loud, making it difficult to hear my music.

Apart from the phenomenal music, this place has captured my heart rate for the day and my heart for a lifetime. I was just in town to visit but will be coming back for any and all business trips here in Dallas. A special shout out to Alex, for being so accommodating - I wish this place a ton of success. Very clean gym. Friendly environment and a staff that is always smiling and willing to help you out with any questions you have. This is all reflective of the management. I highly recommend this gym.

I was blown away!!! Great price very transparent $30. The equipment is new. Some very new to me. The staff was awesome. The gentleman that helped me Victor was awesome explained everything and helped with some equipment. I’d suggest trying it out. He said everyone can try it before signing up.

The gym itself is fantastic. State of the art equipment you will not find at most standards gyms, great atmosphere in terms of overall interior space and the music is great. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean and well maintained.We live in the area and were so excited when we first joined. My husband and I are serious about our fitness, and very much appreciate the history and standard of what golds gyms typically offer. It’s usually a great bodybuilding gym filled with people who are serious about fitness with an emphasis on lifting vs. 80% treadmills like your standard LA fitness or even most 24 hour fitnesses. We had such high hopes for this gym.Unfortunately, the clientele that make up the majority of the members we’ve encountered have made this a facility we no longer wish to be members of. The demographic is predominantly comprised of individuals who work out in packs, camp out on machines for 30-40 minutes while they take instagram videos of themselves with tripods. For the record, I understand the desire to video for form checking and am certainly no fuddy duddy, but it’s completely out of control here.I’ve been accidentally touched and hit multiple times simply because the boys crowd around the free weight area where they loiter and make it difficult to maneuver around. Taking discomfort aside, it’s honestly a safety hazard. I have seen no efforts to regulate or discourage this behavior.I have to be careful where I walk as to avoid being videoed in common areas, including the bathroom. There’s no sense of common gym etiquette, personal space or privacy.This is essentially a hang out spot for high schoolers who want to post instagram videos of themselves. If you’re a busy working individual who can only dedicate about an hour to your fitness after work hours, want to get in and out without waiting on benches or equipment, you may feel similarly.

Super clean and the vibes are awesome. I went there Sunday in the morning so obviously it wasn’t pack but I loved the machines n the restroom were so clean. I wish I was closer we need one around Arlington (six flags area)

I have trained at a LOT of gyms & this gym sets itself apart to say the least. The atmosphere is phenomenal & the equipment is of the highest tier. This gym leaves nothing to be desired with everything you could ask for at your disposal. And I love the loud music! For the first time ever I’ve been training without headphones. Thanks so much Gold’s Gym Fam!

I've been going here since you guys opened, front desk is very friendly, men's bathroom very clean, and the equipment is OK , but they should improve to [ Hammer ] it has much better equipment. Overall it's a very good place to workout 💪.My only complaint is that the Music is Extremely Loud.

She assured me she was working with her team to address areas where the service was lacking.*** Original Review***If we were rating this place on the customer service alone it would be 1-2 stars, if we were rating it on equipment it would be 5 stars….Realistically it’s a great gym, if your not easily intimidated by others and want great equipment, but if your new to working out your not going to feel comfortable here…. The price is also pretty steep, they offered one price and then when I got there it changed and I ended up signing up for the higher price…. It’s month to month so maybe we will give it another review soon…..
