Only 2 minutes inside and definitely not a good vibe, front desk staff don’t have idea about customer service, not even saying GOOD MORNING lol, they want me to sign in to show me the gym… definitely LifeTime is still worth it.

Front desk friendly always welcoming with a smile. Management attentive with any questions I may have. New equipment. They will also guide you if needed. From bigger to professional check this place out.

I had attempted to join this gym for their promotional rate. The front desk person laughed at me and said ohh that was yesterday. Do you want to take a tour? I said no thanks.. he then said .. your set with that rate. I said yes.. he just started to laugh.. I have no time for that nonsense.

Hearing damage and hateful messages ... free with your workout! At 93 decibels, the music was vibrating both the equipment and my head. The hateful messages in the rap music the young man (who obviously doesn't work out) had chosen was inappropriate for children and offensive to adults with any sense of decency. That said, the equipment looked pretty good ... if you don't mid the ringing in your ears for the rest of the day, and long term hearing loss that a few hours in the gym a week would give you.

By far the best big box gym in FloMo! Great management, clean space, and an awesome environment. I left Fitness Connection in Lewisville for Gold’s, and it’s been the best decision I’ve made for my gains!
